If I play Jolreal, empress of Beast and I change target players lands to creatures and then play WOG or Hour of Reckoning
will this destoy his lands as they are non token creatures?
Yes but plague winds would be a better choice but WOG or Damnation would be the cheapest.

Yes, this works, since they are "creature land"s; that means that anything that affect creatures or anything that affect lands, affects it.
