we're playing a campaign using hte new planetary empires expansion and I thought I'd give eldar a try. I've never played eldar before but figured it would be a good chance to give a new army a try

my opponents in the campaign are black templars, vanilla marines, chaos marines and orks.

we have a rule in the campaign that you can take any special character as a "bonus" to your list that doesn't cost any points

so the list:

so there you go - I'm just a bit worried its not quick enough
