A topic; they don't have it. Until now. :D The twins need a topic. I'm not really sure what to talk about, but Jason is my favorite, and I can't really make a topic of one without the other. So, I'll just rant on about the two, and you can all comment on them, too, or whatever.
Brad, or Remus, first, I suppose. To me, Brad seems a little less forgiving than Jason, maybe? I thought that Brad was getting over the fight in the dojo with Todd in Chapter 8, but then in the guest comic Getting Even, he, well, tried to get even. XD Pretty straightforward, I guess. I'm not entirely sure if they're friends again, or just acquaintances? I can see them forming some sort of rivalry, if they haven't gotten over it yet. Jason, or Romulus: my favorite. <3 Jason seems closer to a friend to Todd then Brad does, in my opinion, especially after they talked before Todd's second kill in Chapter 10 (10.8 and 10.9) , and this frame from 11.7 I feel shows that Jason feels empathy for Todd. Brad probably does, too, but he doesn't seem to want to show it, maybe? I'm done ranting for now. Discuss. EDIT: FFF forgot to link something. -------------------- |

I agree with pretty much everything that you've said.

I must agree in everything you said, but I'm not really sure the guest comic was canon. (Though for me it would be awesome to think that)
That's up to Tim to decide. The truth, it would be boring if both twins were exactly the same, so it's nice to see them have some personality, and when I wrote the guest comic I took that fight you mentioned and just added what I thought would fit with his personality. -------------------- |

I wasn't sure if the guest comics were canon or not. They weren't very distracting from the main story, and even if they were they looked like you could build off of them to make it fit into the story. I'd like to think that they were canon, too. They were all rather nice. :3 And I totally agree with the second part there. If they're exactly the same, then why is there a second one, you know? So I took what I could to make them look more... different. -------------------- |

My initial plot synopsis' the twins were very similar. It was only cause I saw a potential... "character trait" when Todd confronted Remus in the dojo that I altered his personality a bit.
Sure, Todd was a bit stupid and acted inappropriately, but Remus was only trying to help. And although I don;t mention it much in the story, I try give the impression that Remus, being the younger of the twins, has a bit of a problem with being second best all the time, and may get a bit more irritated than His older brother. You only really get it if you read the Cast Bio's -------------------- |

Right, I can understand that. But, are the guest comics canon or noncanon? I ask because I based a lot of what I said on Remus on johnny_jones' "Getting Even," which itself is based on that fight. And I've read the bios for the characters, but the personal info doesn't really distinguish the two twins from each other, other than that Jason is older than Brad and likes to pick at him in good nature. -------------------- |

I'd like to say... they are loosely canonical.
Some where written by me ( Stealth and Genesis) and are in fact perfectly relevant back story I left out for my own reasons. Levi Wolstrom wrote Housecall based on some info in the comic and from me That agan, happended, but was hinted at rather than shown in the main plot. Lennox injected a bit more humour into Levi's original plot, as Captain Unobservant is steering well off my plot with Genesis. When he eventually finishes it. Getting Even and Kahli were both written by the artists, but approved by me... they are the more... "what if" situations if you will. They could have happened, they might well have happened, but they have little bearing on the plot I've written. They are more interpretive. For example, Kahli was ALOT like chapter 13, and Grim hadn't read any of my planning. Therefore I believe it not to have happened as canon. -------------------- |

That made things much more clearer. <3 Thank you for that. So, what you're saying is I shouldn't be basing things off of these guest comics? (except for Stealth...right?)

I think they're great views into how other people perceive the characters. Even if the events don't necessarily happen.
