Here is a copy of an email I've sent to the GW legal department. Got to vent fustration somewhere.
Do you idiots have any idea what your doing to the Games Workshop reputation.
I have just found out you threatened legal action against talkbloodbowl.com which has been promoting Blood Bowl for more than 9 years. People within the Blood Bowl community are up in arms about this and its another body blow to GW.
When someone is promoting your games for FREE and inspiring people to play your games it seems like the most STUPID thing in the world to stop them. This guy loved this game so much he'd ran a website of his own back and made it a focal point for blood bowl fans every where.
Bet the prat who started this from your end doesnt even play GW games & doesn't understand the hobby.
I understand that talkbloodbowl.com is now closing down and you idiots owe an apology to blood bowl fans everywhere.
Yours faithfully
Pissed off blood bowl fan
We better change the name of our blood bowl league to Bristols ultimate american football/fantasy based table top game with monsters league (or for short - BUA/FBTTGWM). just incase GW legal comes after us.

Reading to quote from the chap who's ran talkbloodbowl for the last 9 years you got to feel for him.
As it is GW lost control of the blood bowl market a long time ago. More miniature are made by non-GW companies than not and spin off games are a dime a dozen (all of them are blood bowl, but just called something different).
