Just thought I'll drop my first post in after weeks of scanning the posts to see what this forum and club is about!

Hi, I'm Stephen, Myself and some of my close mates have gotten ourselves back into playing Bloodbowl again and some of us were wondering whether there where other players out there in the world?

Brief history of myself! I've played GW games back when Rogue Trader was about.. 40K was my main game thru my teenage years, But I followed most of the specialist games when they were held at the Bath GW store..

40K Eldar was my main focus tho, supported by an basic High Elve team.. both big enough playing Grand Tournments a couple of 40K Editions ago!

Then I stopped playing for about 10 years, but mates and I still dabble on the conversations regularly. In typical hobbyst fashion, most of my stuff is boxed away and never to see the light or day! More so unpainted or even unassembled..

Just don't have time for it anymore, still I would like to see what Bristol Vanguard have to show for themselve? Would like to come down and say a shy Hi in a few weeks from now.. on a Thursday right?

If blood bowl is your cup of tea then we have a few players on our books.

Vanguard is the founding member of the Club Challenge Cup (south west). Between us a a few local clubs (one of them is welsh so not too local) we visit each other to play blood bowl to see who is the best in the land. Were joint top on points at the moment edging it by goal difference.

I know you've already found the new league thread, so your off to a good start.

In typical Blood Bowl fashion our players are the loudest most excitable bunch at the club (oh yes we are) and lets face it, Blood Bowl is the best GW game ever invented so its always fun.
