The Corvette ZR1 looks to be the true American Supercar to kill all supercars, albeit not as exotic as it should be. The new Nissan GT-R looks to be the Track master and 911turbo killer that Porshe fears most but it lacks the everyman streetracer coolness that surrounded the old versions. The Hyundai Genesis concept is a 300hp car that competes with the Mustang GT for about five grand less. The Dodge Challenger is shaping up to be the coolest looking retro car ever with a mondo pricetag and a rabid following of old geezers.
Where does this leave us normal dudes? Where will we turn for our favorite sportscar of the new age? I personally have my eyes on Hyundai's little speed demon and hope that other car companies catch on to just how cool the concept looks, and how cheap it is. The Vette looks really lame to me, its just a tuned vette with the same old same old American luxury crap. Why won't chevy consider more interesting features, like a less 70's color scheme and a more radical interior design? The GT-R looks awesome but I'm afraid to get excited since its going to be too expensive for me to ever touch without insurance out the asshole. What do you think? -------------------- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
