How Do I Join

So you think you'd make a good Viking?

If you like exploring and help others out (at a certain price or not ;-) ), have remorted and reached level 45 again, you can apply for Vikings. Also knowing your way around in 4d itself is an advantage.

1. The RP-flag is required.
Normally, new players arrive in 4d at the age of 17. So this would mean your character already has a background of what they did before they arrived in the Realms of 4d. Also to improve the roleplay within the clan and to be able to gain points, within the clan, but also within the environment of 4D itself we ask of our new members to have the RP-flag.

2. A recommendation from an active Viking clan member is needed.
In most cases we like to know a bit of the person who would like to join, so if you're thinking about joining, talk to us, get us to know you and get to know us, you'll have a bigger change of becoming a member then.

3. You will need to find the Viking Headquarters first before you can apply.
At the beginning of our HeadQuarters we've got a public board. So in order to proof that you've been there you will have to make a post on that board.

4. If the current Clan Leader and the Council Elders decide the applicant is worthy, you will get 1 month trail period.
After your application is accepted you'll be a rank 1 Viking and will have access to the clanhouse.

5. Within this months and in some cases even before, various quests need to be completed, these quests can differ from person to person.
With solving these quests, which will be given to you by the Clan Leader or some other high ranked person, you will show that you can survive in the Realms of 4d.

6. If the applicant completes the quests to his superiors satisfaction and blends into the clan he/she is granted full membership.
The applicant will then become a Viking soldier (rank 2) and will have access to the Viking's Memberpart of this site.

7. After becoming a full member you can raise in ranks by completing other quests or join in the groupactivities.
These quests are mentioned further on this site, which you will have access to once you become a full member.

Right, since the clanmove never happened; that's what started the idea to have people look for the headquarters in the first place; this point can be skipped.

I'll find another way to test your knowledge of the Realms of 4d

So before actual applying talk to the other Vikings or the Clan Leader first.
