Turning a bottle of mineral water into ice instantly. Cool trick.

Cool, how you did that?
I saw this on youtube while researching on blast chilling, at first skeptical like many people/viewers but eventually found out it's really possible and it's so easy.
One thing to clear up, there's no chemical involved, there's no coating involved, there's no special equipment or optical illusion involved. Anyone can do it at home. And it's fun too.
The key point is to cool any bottle of water, to the point just before it freezes (rough timing will do), remove it from the freezer while it's not frozen yet. The moment you disrupt it (knocking), it starts to freeze. Only theory I can think of is the moment you knock it, air starts forming, creating space inside the water allowing it to freeze at that point.
i always do that on pub, u need to put bottle beer in freezing temperature and take it out and hit it. wa lah it become ice.
nice to drink that when ur beer is cool lol
