Well, it looks like another bastard RP is spawning. The alternate RPs are pretty much hit or miss, so don't get your hopes up, me. Feedback? Ideas? Volunteers to do it so I don't have to? Hungry? I know I am. Answer the damn poll.
(P.S: There of course would be the occasional gun in the first option, and the occasional streetfight in the second. The first option would be reminiscent of, say, The Warriors and the second would deal with actual syndicates such as Yardies, the Yakuza, the Russian mob, the Mafia, the Triads, etc.) |

I don't think I'd be particularly fond of either, myself. It's just a fad that exploded after I introduced the concept as a method of fleshing out one of my characters (If I knew we'd end up like this, I think I would've reconsidered), to be honest it's kind of a dry thing now.

Well, I for one am open to more alternate roleplays, especially a street gang one. Judging by all the gang related characters (*I'm guilty, one of my characters is in a gang*), you should probably get a good turn-out for your alt rp, no matter what it turns out to be. I'd prefer The Warriors to the Mafia sort of thing, but either are fun for me. :lol:

Oh oh and it's original characters (shit). Like, I guess you could just rehash a current character if you want but they would NOT be attending any of the highschools (or probably any highschool for that matter).

Me either, honestly. But I'm all for you guys doing an alternate reality thing for the gangs. Maybe then we won't have gang members spawning like rabbits in the pre-game roleplay, because it really isn't realistic. There are more delinquents and bad eggs in school than actual gangsters. Most fifteen year old kids don't know the first thing about being in a real gang. [/endrant] I say go for it. The AU section could always use a boost anyway.
