The applications are going to be dealt differently this time around. The positions and their powers have been tweaked, and their overall importance to the site. For example, all the Mods used to be able to do were lock/close/open topics as they saw fit, and approve characters. Now, the Mods can do something of a different kind (e.g. moving characters to the roster forum!).
As expected, all of the current Mods have been stripped off their powers. If you old Mods wanna apply again, free feel to do to, and any newbs out there interested, don't be afraid to apply. These positions aren't necessarily about popularity, or anything of the sort (although the Co-Admin position does rely a little bit on that).
You can apply for the following...
Co-Admin (1 Needed):
Only one Co-Admin is needed, and the person will have to be someone I can trust enough to leave the site to in cases of abscences. This isn't to say that you have zero chance of landing this position if you're a newbie, it's just that your chances, compared to someone that has been here since the beginning, will be pretty small. What I'm mainly looking for is someone that will bring positivity to this position, has the responsibility to handle the work, and are well-prepared for what you may need to do in this...line of work. :P Keep in mind that there are less chances of getting this position than getting a Mod position.
Moderator (3-4 Needed):
Moderators are what mainly make up the staff. This time around, Mods will have a lot more work to do. Along with the Admins, they shall be approving characters, moving them to the Roster forum, moderating the site regularly, and writing the Danya conclusions for approved characters. This position does require responsibility, like the position above, and an overall positive attitude.
After you complete your application, please PM it to Kaishi whom will review it on the deadline date. Please do NOT post your application here, and please DO treat these applications seriously. Your chances of getting the job are greatly reduce when you "rite lik diz fo sho", so please, no chatspeak, and don't forget to proofread! Good luck, potential Mod/Admin!
