Court Rooms Might as well just try and settle the argument amongst yourself. If the chief of police has to become the judge, people won't get off that easy.
Two fairly small rooms with wooden seating and cheap chandlers hanging low from the ceiling. Only two doors to the rooms. Double glass doors lead people in and out of the courtroom. The other door is on the opposite end that leads the chief of police in and out his office.
Post Office The other half of City Hall. This section is separated by a very thin wall. Most of the time people get to listen to the newest court hearing while they wait in line. Also a great place to start some gossip.
Watch out for Duke though, the local mailman. He is a dedicated older man who even rides a horse instead of truck. No one messes with that crazy loon.
