It's not been on in Australia yet, as far as I know. I couldn't watch it anyway. Was listening to the song the other night and started crying over it. Although, from what I gather, the clip isn't as sweet as the song is...

I was completely moved by the song in Philly. I was getting choked up. It's so powerful.

Seen the video a bunch of times on MuchMore Music. When I listen to the song on CD, I tend to get really emotional and teary. Reminds me of the concert - I found the song really powerful live. But, unfortunately, when I watch the video I don't feel much. Just a lot of pretty, and not enough Kirk! Its not a bad video, I just think they could have done something better. Oh well. I still run for the TV when it comes on! :yahoo:

I get a bit weepy literally everytime I listen to "Afterglow." I think Mr. Andrew Farriss has outdone himself with this one! Truly the most beautiful song I've ever heard.

I must admit that the video left me a bit underwhelmed, though :boredom: I don't know what I was expecting, but a "break-up" plot seems kinda cliche, you know? I mean no offense or disrespect to our band, but I was surprised that the video wasn't a bit deeper. It was just lots of JD and very little of the band as a whole. I dunno...seems like a good opportunity for some pretty heavy artistic expression was lost here. :(

LOVE the song, though. I've decided I want it to be played at my funeral. Is that morbid? :dontknow:

Has this tune been getting any airplay? I have yet to hear it here in Minny. Pretty Vegas is played like 10 times a day though.
