Board Rules
1)No Spamming.
A spam is a very short post. Ex: "Cool", "lol", "yeah", "I know".
You get the picture. Also, just posting emotions is considered a spam. Make your posts meaningful. Make all posts more then 3 words.

2)No double posting. There is an Edit Button, use it. But there is an exception if you're updating something. Ex: Comics, Fan Fictions,

3)No flaming. Saying someone sucks or cursing at them is considered flaming. HOWEVER, stating your opinion is acceptable. Ex: "I don't like this because...". That’s okay, just don't insult something or put someone down because they like/dislike something.

4)Stay on topic. Don’t start saying totally random things.

5)There will be no posting of illegal software, warez, hentai or porn. Any post relating to this will IMMEDIATELY be trashed and you will be banned.

6)Any topic (apart from the joke area) found to be racist, sexist or discriminatory will immediately be closed.

7)Do NOT, under any circumstances, create multiple accounts. Creating more accounts to avoid banning, validation or warnings is a severe violation of the rules and will get you banned permanently.

8) Stealing sprites, Comics, Fan Fictions, whatever is not permitted, anyone found doing so will be banned!

9) Do NOT accuse another member of stealing unless you are 100% sure about it and have proof. If you have a concern about it feel free to PM any members of the staff but do not post or PM any member with accusations.

10) Bumping topics is not acceptable, (posting pointlessly in topics to make sure people see it on the main front page of the board).

11) Don't bug members of staff for the decisions we make, Whirlwind made us staff because he trusts us, he respects our decisions as much as we respect his.

12) Don't try and access the "Staff Only" forum, it's for us to talk about things to improve the site.

13) Do not spam anyone's PM box or send spam through e-mail using Sonic_Shadow. Do not flame through PM either. Members, feel free to report this if it happens to you.

13) The "News and Announcements" forum is for us to make topics in, (you may still post in those topics, unless they are closed) even if you have announcements you want to make. Just don't make them there.

14) Don't access other people's accounts. Doing so will result in a temporary ban. The time length will be judged by the staff.

15) Don't post topics in the Newspaper section without Permission.

16) No topics will be posted on the board (Fan Fictions, Rps, Sprites Fan art etc.) that include inappropriate words or innapropriate content (Rp's and Fan Fictions including characters doing inapropriate things. Topics including innapropriate content.)

17)If a topic appears to be breaking one of the above rules, please do not post in it. Instead, use the report button. This will alert a moderator of the topic that the topic needs to be moved, closed, etc. Posting things like "This topic needs to be locked" does no good, and is considered spam. Also, no not abuse the report system. And do not use the report system to talk to the moderators. Anyone who is wound to be abusing the report system will be given a severe punishment.

Follow these rules and you’ll be fine. If a rule is continued to be broken, warnings will be issued. Your first warning will start at 20% and it will continue to rise for the more rules you break. I you reach 100% you will have your posting privileges taken away for a time, whether a few days, weeks, or months.

Please don’t feel like the staff is out to get you, because we're not, we only do this to keep spammers and rule breakers out; we just want this board to be as enjoyable as possible for everyone.
