After a lot of thought and discussion, I have made the following changes to the way we play EDH:

1. Blood Moon, Magus of the Moon, Ruination, and Primal Order are now unbanned. Back to Basics and Price of Progress are the only mass nonbasic hosers that are banned, and they will stay that way for the forseeable future.

2. The "Bringer exception" no longer exists.

3. General Damage will now be counted.

4. Generals are now vulnerable to the Legend Rule in ALL cases.

5. The Command Zone is now where Generals reside; this is a different zone than the Exile Zone.

I think that's everything. If you have questions or comments, feel free to post them.

Wooo go Clone!

Like most the changes, sad on the bringers, but I'll live.

So with the command zone, if a general is exiled by a path or swords, can you replay them?

Yes. If you look at the rules page here, you'll see how it is worded. Basically, if your General would go to a graveyard or be exiled, you may return it to the Command Zone.

So it more or less works the same, functionally, as before; now, however, Generals have their own zone.
