Clash of the Elements

The Story

There were ten of them all born on the same day into the country of Amser. They lived, grew, thrived without any knowledge of each other. Then it happened; their tenth birthday. The curious blessings they had shifted into curses as the markings appeared on their right shoulders.

There was no denying what their fate was -banishment. Torn from their families, and even rejected by them, they were thrown out into the wilderness, never allowed into civilization, sneaking into towns just to get clothes, forced to the level of thievery. All because they were given the Elemental's Marking.

Thirty five years before their birth, another set had been born. Promising and ingenious, they were placed together when they turned ten in a hope to further the kingdom, to guard it, to help if prosper with their powers. It backfired. The group grew power hungry and egotistical. They refused to submit to the law and banned together, destroying everything in their way.

Eventually the people grew tired and poured all they had left into the Temples of the Goddess Denou.

Slowly the battles ebbed and the priests from the temples began to disappear. One day it all just stopped. The people elected a new King and the Temple of Denou in the capital of Aurum was the only one left, intermixing with the politics of the scared world around it.

It's been a score and eight years since then. The next generation is eighteen and clueless to their own brethren, but that can no longer be the case. Whatever power the priests and priestesses of Denou had over the Elements of Chaos is fading rapidly. They're already regaining their power at an alarming rate. There is little choice left, Denou herself has commanded it.

The Elements of Self must be united under her guidance for the final battle for peace. The Clash of the Elements is coming.

The Plot

Two priests have been chosen - twins, a male and a female.

They travel in search of the elements, scattered through out the country. Once they are all gathered, they must go to the temple in Aurum where they will start they're journey on their own.

The Setup

Ten elements, oblivious to each other in a SMALL country. The priests are guided by the Denou are the only ones other than the elements themselves than can truly recognize their kin.

The Priests can be played by all or if one person requests to play them, they can, just tell me first.

The Elementals of Self

---These Characters are slightly premade. This is too keep the characters from all being the same. You need to come up with a name, a picture, can add more to the personality,and fill in any blanks. Bio.'s don't have to be used and can be worked out during the story. You may add a pet if you like too, but just no mythical pets XD. Post the final result and I'll add it to the front page. Keep your powers small at first, then grow on them. Don't be all powerful right off the bat.

Pick a character and if you want another. Just make it if so you play a girl and a boy. If they don't fill up fast enough, I'll ask you to play a second if you didn't choose one the first time.

Elements of Chaos

Same principle, just they have pictures. These characters are represented but some of the worst character traits around. They can't fight until the whole group is together, but they can interfere.

Just because your playing the elements doesn't mean you have to play the bad guys. If your not good at it, don't take them. These characters are meant to be mental and mean, not turncoats to the side of good.

They have the listed power plus their elements manipulation.
