Description :
Personality: Likes to go about doing things in a very hasty manner which sometimes backfires. Dosen't handle situations with a lot of tension and high emotions too well. As a result he tries his best to remain calm as long as possible which helps in making better decisions. Hates sweets and prefers food with no hot spices.

Biography: As you all know the Uchiha Clan was one of the most prosperous clans in the history of Konoha. The Uchiha bloodline limit "Sharingan" was used to aid the clan members who were part of the Police Squad. Life in the clan went on as usual. Chen-Zhen Uchiha was born in a normal family (his mother father and older sister) who led average lives such as office work and shopkeeping to get the family by while the sister went to the Ninja Academy. During an evening like any other, the mother suddenly got very disturbed and got a bad feeling that the village was no longer safe to live in. The father said that everything would be all right but the mother insisted that she would at least protect the child if anything were to happen. The father somehow managed to persuade the wife to stay but she sent to child to live with distant relatives in another part of the city. Soon afterwards the dreadful incident occurred where the entire Uchiha Clan was assainated. It was rumoured that the mastermind behind all this was Uchiha Itachi who was being interrogated about the death of a former comrade Uchiha Shisui some time before the mass murders were committed. Some years later the boy (Chen-Zhen Uchiha) learned of his clan's demise. Under his foster parents guidance he attended the Ninja Academy and grew in strength and wisdom. The boy was now 14 years of age and is well on his way to aquiring his own "Way of the Ninja" and had inherited his Country's "Will of Fire" as well. He then vowed to restore his clan to its former glory and then set his sight on pursuing Itachi and being the top ninja; that is (granted he actually graduates from the academy)

Information: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

I've changed my mind, i don't want Neji anymore. I'll just put him back. Sorry to cause so much trouble. What would i do with 2 chracters anyway? You actually think i would go through all this for nothing?! Why would i train 2 chracters!? It's doubly hard! Not to mention 1 is tough enough!
