The Forest, A secluded forest, unknown to all.

A young man walked amongst the silent trees. Dressed all in black, he looked like he did not belong. On his arms, two ornate gauntlets covered all the way up to the upper arm. He paused for a moment, listening to the soft breeze whistling its way between the lush vegetation.

I'm gonna add a new character so heres a bit about her, well its atually quite a lot!

Name: Kaisa
Age: 17
Sex: Female
Bio: She was born into the picturesque family home in civilised society. But even at a young age Kaisa knew she was unlike the people that surrounded her. Kaisa was the being that could see fate. She was a puppet constantly trapped in a never ending play, doomed to die as every other being before her, never escaping the twists and turns fate had laid down for her to follow. Fate was always following her like her shadow. She needed to run, to hide, and to escape from the bonds that held her ever tighter to her inevitable destiny. So at 11 she ran and lived as a savage, trying to forget her nightmares trying to become like the simple beasts that surrounded her in the forest.
Race: Human/beast.
Appearance: Though Kaisa prefers squatting or walking on all fours at her full height she is 5.4ft. Her skin is burned a dark reddish brown by the sun and her matted hair lays long and forgotten on her shoulders constantly collecting leaves, mud and insects. Though she looks a small bedraggled being she is incredibly fast and skilled at fighting, normally attacking her prey with handmade spears or just ripping them apart with her hands. Kaisa is normally dressed in the remains of bloodied animal skins and is always barefooted.
Likes: She only cares for the beasts she lives with and the shape shifter (Zek) who insisted to come protect her when she ran away to the forest. But has an obsession with sweet foods and that is the only thing she misses from the human world.
Dislikes: More than anything she fears fate as it’s the only monster she will never be able to kill.
Crush: She closely hides all her feelings from the world; even to Zek she shows only the faintest of emotions.
Pets (Weapons): Her fit physique and her skill with the spears and wooden bow she carries with her are all the weapons she needs against ordinary foes. But for the magical beings that also lurk in the deeper parts of the forest she normally tries to avoid them, In the case that she does encounter one Zek will manifest into any weapon or creature to make sure that he keeps her safe. He is very over protective and jealous of anyone who gets close to Kaisa, even the wolves that share the cave with them keep away from her not wanting to risk either themselves or their children getting killed by Zek.
Powers: She once was very skilled at alchemy and witch craft, she summoned Zek from the forest at the tender age of 7 he hasn’t left her side since. But in her madness all of this has been forgotten; only Zek reminds her of the fact that she is human and sometimes she hates him for it.

A young girl hides restless and agitated in the branches of a large tree hidden from the eyes of the stranger below, another creature sits beside her, a large bird its plumage moving to a nonexistent breeze. Growling under her breath the girl starts to move down the tree to get a better look at this mysterious individual.

Lucifer found a seat next to the tree, and had by now opened up a heavy, ancient tome. He turned the pages slowly, deep in thought at the words and their meaning. Out of nowhere, a white flash appeared, and one of the gauntlets disappeared. Not far ahead of him, a girl in a bright, one-piece dress appeared. She stretched, yawned, and swayed on the spot. "Lucifer..." She moaned. "Why're we here?" The girl's voice was high-pitched and American. Her name was Presea. Lucifer remained silent for a moment, then answered.
"We're here... because apparently there's a monster." He spoke quietly, ending his sentence abruptly and returning into his trance-like reading state. Presea sighed.
"So why're we just sitting around?"
Lucifer feigned ignorance.

There was a girl with the stranger now; they were talking in a language unrecognised by Kaisa, they were like no other creature she had encountered in the forest and she didn’t like it. They were working for fate she was sure of it.

The bird swooped down from its resting place and settle down by his master, a warm pulsating ball of light surrounded the bird and majestically he transformed into a large dog. ‘Zek what are they’ questioned Kaisa as she crawled ever closer her bow held tightly in her hand. Zek knew exactly what they were, he knew they were trying to take Kaisa away from him, many humans before had stumbled into the depths of the forest, he and Kaisa had killed them all.
‘Fate sent them, fate isn’t happy that you tried to escape from him’ Zek lied but seeing Kaisa’s panic stricken expression he added ‘but don’t be afraid I will kill them its my duty to protect you’

Presea continued to complain for some time. Lucifer continued to feign ignorance accordingly. A black flash followed soon after Presea's appearance, and yet another woman appeared. Unlike Presea, this girl was dressed in black jeans and a cropped, sleeveless top. She scolded Presea. "How can you be so annoying? Lucifer's trying to read!"
"But, Kaiyla..."
"No but's! Be quiet for five minutes, please?" Her tone was hard, but Kaiyla was Presea's sister, it soon softened. She patted Presea's head softly and smiled. "Just keep it down a little, okay?" This earned a nod from Presea. Lucifer continued to read quietly, reaching the halfway mark in the book.

Kaisa scolded herself for letting down her emotional barriers so quickly and hastily replaced it to her normally stoic façade, no matter whether they were fates lackeys or not her emotions must be behind strong barriers, to protect herself from her mind. She knew that these opponents were different more intelligent and could pose a serious threat, they needed to find out more about them before they could plan an attack. Kaisa ran to hide deeper into the forest while Zek in bird form went to settle in plain sight or their new victims.

Lucifer slammed his book shut. He had heard a soft rustling behind him. Kaiyla and Presea had also heard it, as their bodies stiffened and they span round immediately.
"The beast?" Presea whispered excitedly, but Lucifer pressed a finger to his lips, and she quietened. He crept closer to the tree he had been sat under, slowly and silently. Without warning, he burst forward and slammed his foot into the tree. A resounding crack! followed his kick, and the tree toppled loudly. Several small critters scattered away from him, frightened half to death. Presea twirled and Kaiyla crouched, both transforming into swords of equal length, but of opposite designs and color. Kaiyla had become a long, slender flamberge that could be held in one hand, with the blade resembling that of a serpent. Presea on the other hand turned into a slender, snow-white rapier. Lucifer readied himself, picking up the two and moving into a fearsome battle stance.

‘Interesting’ Kaisa muttered she hung concealed by a low hanging branch a few metres away from the dying tree in front of her, the man stood there scanning the vicinity for signs of movement 2 swords held dramatically in his large hands. Kaisa searched the area for Zek who was perched elegantly about 2 metres away from the stranger having just escaped from being squashed. After a quick glance in Zek’s direction she descended the tree with surprising agility and speed, squatted down onto the fallen tree for no more than a millisecond before running on deeper into the bushes, her laugh echoing around the trees.

Leaving the stranger alone with only an odd coloured bird for company

Lucifer jumped a little when he heard the laugh as it echoed. Hearing it fade, he dropped his stance a little. "Weird..." He whispered, looking around. The only thing he could spot wasa bird with oddly colored plumage. He sighed, "so, she leaves her lackey behind, does she?" Said Lucifer callously. Presea transformed into her human state.
"She?! It's a GIRL we're after?" She yelled, causing several small critters to scatter once more.
"Yeah. It's a bounty gig. Apprently... Mommy and Daddy are concerned for their little nature girl's safety, and want her back." Lucifer explained, recalling his conversation with them. "I spotted her for a moment, but she got away. She'll come back though." Presea nodded silently, and sat down. Kaiyla joined her, coming out of her sword form in a flash of black light. Lucifer remained standing, gazing absently at the oddly colored bird.

Zek caught the words ‘mummy, daddy and want her back’ his eyes sharpened and became cold and unfeeling. They had survived. He knew he should have killed them with his hands instead of just burning the house, they were sending people after them now, why ruin there daughters happiness they were always selfish. The man was looking at him now, patience was never his virtue. The aura started to grow stronger around him his wings and neck twisted in absurd unnatural poses and positions as his bones smoothly refigured his bodies structure.

Lucifer felt a small ripple of energy. It was faint, but it grew larger and larger. He span round. Almost as quickly as they had reassumed human form, Kaiyla and Presea turned into their sword forms again. The ripple grew again, until it was almost blinding to focus on. "So, the lackey isn't just smoke and mirrors." He tightened his stance again. Bringing them about in tight circular arcs, he sent wave after wave of demonic energy.

A tall young man stood there his blonde hair messed up from wave after wave of powerful demonic energy which would have corroded any normal human, but Zek was defiantly not normal and not human in the slightest. Zek picked up a branch lying on the ground, the branch grew longer, thicker and metallic. He brandished his new spear; his eyes shone a feral orange as he gazed haughtily at his opponent.

Kaisa having felt the waves of energy earlier had sprinted back to the scene her eyes fixated on Zek and the stranger. Her bow held tightly in her hand, she hid nearby.

Lucifer grinned evily. "Kaiyla, Presea, let's show him a real spear." He whispered. In a whirl of white and black light Kaiyla and Presea fused into one. Gone were the twin swords, Lucifer now held a large halberd. The shaft was a mix of black and white, and swirled eerily. The blade never stopped changing hue, patches of white and black morphing and changing constantly. The overall effect was quite intimidating. Lucifer watched his opponent quietly, waiting for him to make the mistake of attacking.

Zek’s eyes grew larger in surprise at the new spear, so the stranger’s swords could transform too, maybe this was going to be more interesting than he had anticipated. Zek hadn’t enjoyed a proper battle for many moons and longed for the exhilaration and the taste of fresh blood. Nevertheless as every good servant he had to wait for his master’s signal.
Kaisa drew back the bow string to her ear and fired 8 rapid shots straight at the stranger’s legs. Zek would have no pleasure if she just killed him and she dared not let him handle it on his own, surely he could find some creative way of killing him, any man who is a servant of fate deserves to suffer.
