august promotions!
Yep, it's another month of promotions. I know it
sorta seems like our's JUST ended, but I think that's only because of
the newsletter. [: August promotions will end on August 2nd, though,
so make sure to apply while you can. [: You can nominate yourself and
two other people, but make sure that you really feel that you deserve it.
We will only promote those we feel really have deserved the promotion.
Of course, there's no harm in trying, but just know that not everyone
always gets promoted <3 [However, if you are in Aspiring, you will get
promoted for sure, as we have a group for everyone (;].

For this month, in order to be promoted, you must...

- Have at least 20 posts [in total].
- Have entered in at least three challenges [on or after July 2nd] or filled
requests. LIMS, LCMS, GOTW, Battles, regular challenges, Miscellaneous
challenges and all requests [forum, member, banner or skin] count. You
don't need three of each -- just three in total.
The 100 Challenge will only count as one challenge, if you complete it. <3

You do not need to provide a link to the LIMS or LCMS, as all the entries are
PMed to me. <3

This topic will be closed on August 2nd and promotions will commence the
day or so after. Don't worry, you won't have to wait for long. <3

Your colouring is still too saturated and the faces are usually washed out, making it hard to see them. Try to take a more natural approach at it. <3 Also, work on your textures not being too much in the overall graphic, especially in your banners and blends. <3

You still really need to work on using text in your graphics and try to really step out of the box with your compositions & blending. Also, work on your image quality in your icons especially. <3

You definitely have a few Inspiring pieces in your gallery, but keep trying to not have the colouring/textures fade out the graphic too much. Also, work on your blends as well. Mainly, sometimes you can't really see the text, but your composition is coming along. Keep working at it and making new banners too ['cause even though those three have different people on it, I'd still count it as one banner <3].

A lot of your old stuff really needs to be cleaned out [mainly signatures & icons <3]. Your signature compositions are so wonderful lately, so keep it up. Work on your blend composition is needed, though. Some are really great, so I know you have the potential, but others aren't [and are old too, so that's part of the cleaning (:]. <3

Overall, you need a lot more consistancy with everything in your graphics. You have the potential to be really great, but sometimes there's something lacking in your pieces. It's not the same thing every time, so just keep making more things and practicing and I know you'll be there soon. [:

You're SO close! Your banners are absolutely gorgeous. Just keep working on your image quality as well as your icons & your signatures. Try not to overtexturize in your icons and let the pictures be able to pop out more without being hidden. [: <3

You have been improving SO much lately, but you're not quite there yet. <3 Your text has been improving SO much, but now you just need it to stand out a little. I know it was too much before, but may be adding a little drop shadow or something would make it feel so finished and great {though you shouldn't use it all the time, but just try to experiment with it <3}. Blending & composition are really coming along. And I love your icons. They have so much to them. [: <3

Great colours, though try to really step out of the box in how you colour a lot of your things, since it's starting to look the same. I know it's so easy to do that when you find a good way to make everything pop, but just try to keep experimenting with other ways of colouring. <3 Keep working on your icon composition as well as your banners. Your banners are coming along quite nicely, but keep working on your icon compositions. They are looking good too, but just keep working on it. (; Also, try to work on your colours overall 'cause sometimes they're AMAZING and other times not, so just some consistency with that. <3 And, like everyone...
