1st of all >< i like the simplicity of your graphics. i believe that sometimes simple things can be so pretty >< and your graphics prove it :D

the icon set you have (do make more of course) is really pretty but toooooo bright. i like the coloring you have but i think you should exeriment with more colorings. maybe try magentaish or blueish or greenish too? XD i have experimented with coloring a lot too but lately red is indeed the predominant thing >.>

another thing i forgot to say is that you should be careful with the brightness >< the white in the icons looks like it's consuming the image and the face is barely visible -nods- think if you eliminate this whiteness but manage to keep the rest of the colors intact. especially the hair color ^o^)/

i personally think some of them arent really clear as you can barely see what you are looking at

but i suggest you try to be more careful when you colour the eye area
especially referring to the 2nd colorization, her eyes are too blue
but the skin tones are really good :lol:

Baha oh, I knooow. I know. They are. It's because I don't have textures anymore, and I kind of lived for icon textures. It's tragic. And I know the exact icons you refer to :P I did what I could to make them visible, but sometimes photoshop can be a beach.
Thanks ya. Rasterize --> motion blur :P Yeah, this time around there's actually different colourings and styles. Last time I think one of my main problems was that I'd get stuck on a style and stick to it for everything. To the point of using some of the same layers haha.
You flatter me, I really hate my colourizations :> I know what you mean for that one, too. I think it's something about the outside of them, too. Another instance where I couldn't get photoshop to do what I wanted lol
For some reason I'm completely dreading banners and blends. I don't know why. I used to be decent at blends at least.

So much Florence Welch!!! <3 I love her so much so this makes me happy. Your icon cropping is great, but be careful about coloring-with her skin tone being so light, it's very easy to wash her out, so watch out for that. The amount of variation in your signatures is amazing! My favorite is definitely the Aleksander Skarsgard one. I just think the composition of it is perfect. Your colorizations are really well done as well. I would love to see some blends and banners in your gallery too! You've got some really great stuff and I'll definitely be back to see what else you come up with :)

First off, I love Florence+TM! and Flo is so epic I wish I had the muse to create something with her flawless but I always come up dry. your first set of icons are gorgeous, i love those! one thing i would have to critique on is your colorizations, just try to make the colors so hard if that makes sense? especially in the first Flo colorization and you'll be awesome in no time :D

I have no problems with the amount of Florence in this gallery XD

And I love your latest stuff, the 'My History' one is just oh so pretty <3 I really like your colourisations too. I look at them and kind of wonder just how you've managed it hehe I look forward to checking back and seeing new things up.

@Manda - it is, it is. I think my graphics look different on my laptop cos they are bright, but not to the point that it almost erases her face as someone else mentioned, but I'll try and see what I can do about that :) I think my favourite's the Skarsgard one, too, it surprises me when people point out the animated one, since that was the first actual graphic I made after a looong hiatus. I feel like the former shows off my skills more and is just a smoother finish overall xD.

@everyone complimenting my colourizations - ..No shush, my colourizations are terrible and you all are crazy.

Okay, enough of that XD I'm here to pimp :3 You've got some darn pretty stuff here, Cal =D I can totally understand your obsession with Florence, she's amazing <3 I really like your Dany sig, the tree stock obscuring her eyes is so creepy and cool =D and that Kit Harrington colourisation! I didn't even realise it was a colourisation til I read your update comment, it's so natural! The only thing I'd say is possibly be careful with your patches of light textures, they sometimes flatten/wash out your graphics, and maybe have a bit of a play with your stock/texture balance. Other than that, I'm really liking what you have so far =D Now you just need to make moar x3

I just wanted to stop by to check it out, and I'm loving what I see! You've got some great skills and show a lot of potential. Keep up the great work! :)

Edit - Now I'm pimping! haha

Icons - You've got interesting ideas with your coloring, but try to tone it down a bit so that the coloring doesn't wash out the graphic (like with the florence welch set, and a few in your f+tm set) Work with your text a bit more, as well, so that it's sharper and easier to read. ;)

Signatures - These are my favorite! You've got a great style already, and with a little work it'll be quite something soon! Just start to work with text placement and experiment with colors of text. You want the text to be somewhat easily see-able, but not so much that it takes away from the whole sign.
With placement, try to place it hanging over a model until you get used to what looks good with your style. Remember not to make the size so huge it takes up too much of the sign. ;)

Colorizations - That first one is really pretty! I'd add a curves adjustment to darken the shadows a bit, it'll make the facial features pop more. With your others, all have really pretty hair, but watch your edges when painting and watch skin tone. ;)

Overall - Like I said before I was officially here to pimp -- you've got a great gallery full of potential. I'm going to keep checking back to see what you can do. :3

OMG, just skimming I see soooo much Florence and my heart just swells! I love her music, and her, and well everything about her, lol! And I see Lana Del Rey lyrics too! GAH! You're taste in music is quite good from what I can see! :) hahah or well at least very similar to mine! hehe

ICONS

I really love both sets you have right now! THESE are my favorites though! The coloring is just perfect, and the text use is just amazing!I also really love the textures you used too, and your cropping's nice! I think the only advice I can give to you is to maybe watch how vibrant your coloring can be. color can make or break icons, imo, like in the Five Florence Icons, the red's a bit too strong to where it almost pixilates a bit. though that's really a minor thing. Oh, and maybe try to work with placement of your model some as well, it's not something that's like idk, dire or anything, but it's always just fun to play around with composition and what not. hehe. Break out of your shell

CHAPTER IMAGE(?)

Once again, coloring is GREAT! I love the purple against her red/orange hair, adds nice color contrast! Your text is great, and I really love how you composed it! Textures and you are best friends, and I'm quite jealous! lol! Make more please! I wanna see more! :)

SIGNATURES

I really really love all of the florence! haha! But yeah, I don't know if the next two pieces are sigs or not, but they're really nice! Again, love the color contrast of THIS with the blue's and her bright red hair. It adds a nice spectrum of color. The text though is a bit small on that one, and the "all this and heaven too" but moving doward, your pieces get more intricate and add a lot of depth! I seriously am in love with THIS Not only is the song lyrics awesome, but you're composition and little pieces of stuff you added give it that wonderful cohesive feel! May I just say as well your text skills are astounding! i love how many different texts and fonts you used, and how everything in your gallery has this uniqueness, but I can tell you made it sorta thing. If that makes sense! haha. The only thing i can say about your sigs is I'd like to see some stocks, either thrown in or maybe even a stock sig.

COLORIZATIONS

I like your colorizations so far! I think you have a good grasp at how to color skin tone and everything looks pretty realistic (which is great) THIS is I think your best. I kinda like how you just colored her, and it looks like you just sorta grayscaled the background, so it's realistic. Only thing i can say is make more. Colorizations are kind like one of those the more you do the more you know what works for you sorta things. hehe.

BLENDS

GASPS that subtle animation, i didn't even notice at first glance and then i was like, holy crap that's moving! It's very stunning and dramatic! lol. I actually think that Blends are your best pieces. I mean, the blending and texture use is as phenomenal as your sigs, but you just have these little things in your blends, probably b/c you have more room, but they're just what makes them amazing pieces! like in THIS, Things are just effortlessly thrown together, but they look dang good! I love your text as always, your font choices are amazing, and just great composition!

OVERALL

I think your gallery's doing great so far! I can't wait to see with what more you come up with! You definitely gained a stalker today! With all that awesome use of flor and lana lyrics, how could you not!

I can't even pinpoint ones I like because I like them all. (: My only critique would be maybe this blend - I love the composition and the coloring but the text is a bit off for me. Lightning strikes, running water.. that sort of thing. Once in awhile I'll throw a legit gif in a signature or blend, but usually it's the sort of thing that just adds a little bit of something special to a graphic. overall - haha I enjoy stalkers. this is my fav! You've got good texture and stock use here, which is awesome. i do feel like something is missing here though. maybe a grunge texture or something to add just a bit more detail

signatures
the kat stark is my favourite here but i do think that some of the images you have linked should be put out completely on display rather then the others, like this and this. watch your cutting/blending the pieces together. at times it seems to hard. but other then that this is a fantastic section you have here.

coloring/colorization
the dani coloring is soo preetty :D
this is really good color wise.

blends
best section! i honestly can't choose which one I love most. everything is well put together here and very unique! i love love love the little animation you put in one of them.
