NOW HIRING: NEW STAFF!

I know, we just hired last month, but a couple of the Resources/Coding Moderators had to leave because of school and also, it would be lovely to have some more Critique Team members, to help out with the pre-promotional critiques for everyone, so we are looking for staff once again. The Resource Moderators now take care of the Graphics and Roleplaying Resources sections, making sure that the masterlists get updated and tutorials get accepted.

DUTIES: Assisting in answering the questions in the Questions board, updating masterlists, accepting tutorials & doHTML templates.

REQUIREMENTS: Promising+ for graphics, at least 50 posts, good organizational skills.

The Coding Moderators take care of the Coding section, accepting skins and answering coding related questions.

DUTIES: Answering questions in the help boards, accepting skins and coding tutorials.

REQUIREMENTS: You must have enough knowledge of HTML/doHTML to be able to answer coding questions. You also must have organizational skills, be active, friendly and have a coding gallery on Shadowplay [whether it's in Aspiring or has been promoted to a higher rank].

The requests section is a very busy section. It's not that difficult, though. You just have to use the multi-mods and make sure that everyone follows the rules.

DUTIES: Checking up on the requests daily or every other day, updating the status of the request [ex. taken, completed, etc.], making sure peole follow the rules of the requests board.

REQUIREMENTS: Any level of graphics or writing (if you are aspiring and get hired, you must apply for promotions the next time around, though [in any of the three sections] so that you can be in a group <3), 100+ posts, high activity & the time to check the requests section daily or every other day (it only takes a few minutes a day if it's checked frequently).

The critique team is responsible for keeping the Critique section clean and organized and also to make sure that everyone gets a response. They are also in charge of giving hardcore critiques and pre-promotional critiques each month [divided between the Critique Team members].

DUTIES: Keep the critique boards organized, give various critiques to members [most importantly: Hardcore Critiques & Pre-Promotional critiques].

REQUIREMENTS: Evolving+ in graphics, at least 50 posts, have good organizational skills and the ability to be objective in critiques.
