Short Info about the Board:
The site is definitely going to be an Asylum site with a bit of a supernatural twist to it. You don't need to have seen either but if you want an idea of where the inspiration came from then Supernatural (S1, E10) and Thirteen Ghosts are the visual inspiration and Nox Arcana's Blackthorn Asylum album is the audio inspiration. I will provide more information on the site to those who are accepted, just to prevent idea theft, but the basic idea is an Asylum where experiments are taking place on patients, only it's not killing them, it's turning them into something else. There's more to it to be discussed at a later date.
EDIT (Dec 30):- Ok so I actually now have a few ideas on where I want to go with it. The first is a Supernatural show site based within the Asylum itself. Naturally, there would be other places to go and so forth to incorporate more characters and obviously room to expand. The second idea was based off the first only incorporating various fairytale themes into it as well (original Grimm tales not the nice, happy endings). The final idea was exactly the same as the first only Supernatural CREATURE based without the show. Yes, I've been catching up on missing episodes lately.
Duties: All staff are expected to assist with the creation and development of the site prior to opening. Once the site is opened you will be allocated specific duties and they should be kept up to date. Basically, I don't want to be checking up on everybody every single day, I want to be able to trust that you can be given a section and you can maintain it appropriately. This division of tasks is mostly to ensure that staff have time to roleplay as well. I do put people on a probationary period where you can be removed, if you don't pull your weight, without warning. Moderators will not have administrative access but may be granted it during the intitial creation phase. Moderation tasks will not require administrative access and appropriate multimoderation links will be provided.
Personal: All staff should be friendly, co-operative and able to work as part of a team. I request that you are at least 19 years of age as I prefer staff within my own age group and I am 21 (22 in 2012). Experience with the MCP and ACP of Invisionfree is desirable, and preferred, but not essential. Some staffing experience is required and examples should be provided if you have them. Please indicate if you have any special skills such as graphics and/or coding as these will be beneficial.
Other: The site will have 3 application choices. If you don't like applications please don't apply as you will be required to fill one out just as the members will. The site will also have a 300 WC minimum. Please don't post here saying "lower it" or "that's too high". The site is intermediate-advanced and it is not hard to write 300 words. If you're not interested because of this, please don't respond it just gets irritating. Finally; if you're going to ditch then please don't bother asking to help out. I need dedicated people who are going to pull their weight.
