Okay, I posted a request a long time ago, and since no one was reacting, it was turned down, so I try another attempt!

Okay, what do I need?

MODERATORS:

- Graphics/Challenge
- RPG
- Writing
- Coding
- Advertising
- Resource
And Allrounders!

For graphics, you just handle all things graphics like promote people, make awards, handle the challenges, make them, make the votings, and decide what member challenge will be up, just all, or just some.

For the RPG, you have to know how to play, and how a RPG works.

For the writing, you have the galleries, and you handle all things writing.

For the coding, you must know a lot of HTML, doHTML and all that drama, so you can help, make, and find codes, and make sure the section is kept clean.

For the advertising, you just find other pages to advertise on, and advertise back if people linked us first.
You also handle the affiliations.

For the resources, you find, make and handle them all.

And the allrounders just make sure the board will be kept clean, like the police keeps the streets clean!

I know the board isn't active, but I want to change that with an active staff, even if you compete against the other D&N staff, it's fine by me, but we just have to gain more active members!

Just apply with your experience and what title you want to have, so I'll look into it.

Oh, and if you want do have a title that involves graphics, I need to see a graphics gallery, right here on SP <3

Well you have to have some good skills to get on the graphics team. I can't allow someone who is quite new to graphics. I hope you understand.

I think that nobody has answered because you insulted a few people. First off, it is completely rude to say that some one isn't good enough. You have no idea what SD. could have contributed to the graphics portion of your site. You didn't really give them a chance other than glancing at their gallery. Someone can always contribute something to a site, and to cast them off to the side because they aren't 'good enough' is ridiculous.

You can't be too selective when trying to get moderators for your site. Beggars can't be choosers. If I were you I would apologize to SD. They seemed a little upset that you said they weren't good enough. Then I would try and not tell people they aren't good enough. That might help a little bit...
