This has been a long time coming. In the past few months, Hales has shown such dedication and such hard work. She's been unofficially leading the Awards Team for a little while, making sure it's updated and organized as well as keeping up with all of the challenges that she posts. She's been a great member, artist and also staff member on here and definitely deserves this award for all of her hard work lately. Congrats, Hales! <3



Moni has improved so much lately, even in the past couple of weeks. She has really come into a great new style with her graphics, which is her own and that she does greatly. <3 It seems that she improves with every graphic she makes, so keep it up, Moni. (: <3



Britt shows so much potential in all of her graphics. They are so interesting and she's always trying to improve by practicing and asking for others' opinions on her works. STAFF CHANGES & STAFF SEARCH

Iris [iamnotalone .] has now swithed from being on the Awards Team to being a Challenge Moderator. Also, we are currently looking for a Directory Moderator, Coding Moderator as well as Critique Team members [we're wanting to start up the Pre-promotional critiques to help everyone clean up their galleries before promotions, so we definitely will need a couple of more people to help out with this <3]. If interested, make sure to PM the application. <3

TUTORING SIGN-UPS

Sign-ups for our tutoring school are now OPEN! <3 Our tutoring school has classes for icons, signatures, banners, blends, colourizations, doHTML templates, skinning, poetry and writing. There are multiple levels for the graphics and coding classes, so that you definitely will learn something as you will be sorted into the appropriate level. We have lots of great tutors and Teaching Assistants [T.A.'s] to aid you in your graphics, coding or writing, so it would definitely be beneficial to sign up. (: Also, at the end of the year you get a nifty little button and a grade. If you're in Promising or higher, we're also looking for some T.A.'s [Teaching Assistants] still, so sign up or send me a PM if you're interested. (: <3

SUMMER CAMP

If you were here last year, you might remember that we had a summer camp. If you weren't, not to worry. It's a lot of fun with many challenges and a competition between all of the teams. The team that wins will get an award and each member will get some Shadowplay money from the bank [automatically deposited, so you don't have to claim it <3]. There will be more teams than last year, to make the competition even more fierce, so make sure to sign up for a team. (: Sign-ups will be open for a week or two before the events actually start as well as during the events, so don't fret if you miss the first sign-ups. You can always be sorted later if you post signing up for a team once the summer camp has already started. (: <3

LIMS & LCMS

I know it's been a little bit since a round has been posted, but we're getting back into the swing of things now that promotions are over and tutoring is almost settled for the next term. <3

STATISTICS

Over 300 new Shadowplayers have joined the past month.
Shadowplayers have made over 7000 posts in the past month.
9 Aspiring Writers were promoted this month.
Eliza finished the graphics promotions before the writing promotions were done. =o
Eliza, Vee and Isa have just realized that 2009 was not last year!
