Caitlyn has been around Shadowplay for a while and for anyone who has watched her, it's clear how far she's come in her graphics, especially in the past couple of months. She is really coming into a great style and it's wonderful to see in all of her graphics. Keep up the great work, Caitlyn. You're really coming along. <3
If you take a look in the chat box some time, you'll probably see Britt there. But she isn't just active around there. You'll probably find her all over the board, trying to better herself in graphics and overall just being an awesome and active Shadowplay. We're very glad to have you here with us, Britt. (: <3
-no comment- >.< Well, sometimes I ask for nominations from the other staff members for all of these awards (Arist, Member, Staff Member, Most Improved & Most Potential) and they pretty much all cornered me and all nominated me, so... here it is. >.< And I'll just post a comment by the first person who did (Cat). "If Vee (that deserves a LOT) can be SMOTM, then why not Eliza? I don't remember a single time when Eliza actually was granted this, but even if she is the admin and what she does for SP is a LOT. I'm not even going to talk about all the things she does only by herself, but she can manage to keep an eye on everything, despite how difficult college is, and how hard it is to balance out things. So, I think that for once she deserves the shiny place of the SMOTM. (:"
Have you seen Hales' graphics lately? But first of all, think back to the fact that she was promoted into Emerging only 8 months ago and was recently promoted to Inspiring. She's improved so much and it's so great to see how her graphics grow every time she makes a graphic. Keep up the great work, Hales. (: <3
She may be new, but Cristela has a lot of talent. Her colourizations are very natural and excellent to see, but the rest of her graphics are just as good as well. She has a lot of potential with all of her graphics and I can't wait to see what else she'll come up with in the future. (: <3

STAFF CHANGES
About a month ago, we hired some new staff members. Phoebe rejoined the staff team as a Resource Moderator, as well as nox. born this way and Mandee joined the Directory Moderators. BADwOLF! and Saskya joined our Critique Team, which is ever growing. After receiving so many amazing applications, QUEENIE, danslenightside and lenorex joined the Awards Team. And more recently, .supersonicCAT has been promoted to Head Moderator. (: <3
CHANGES IN PROMOTIONS
This past month, we added Coding promotions for those who like to skin or do doHTML templates. Both are accepted and looked at when it comes to promotions, though if you want to get into Inspiring or higher, you will need to be able to make skins. <3
However, now there is ANOTHER update with promotions! <3 From now on, with
WRITING PROMOTIONS, there will be two new groups!
Evolving & Famous have now been added to the Writing promotions. This was always going to happen eventually, but we finally have enough active writers here to have more groups than just the initial ones that were here when Shadowplay was new. So if you're in Promising, you should definitely apply for promotions this month. (: <3
LIMS & LCMS
I apologize for it not being updated in the past couple of weeks, but it should be very soon. (: Promotions and this newsletter took priority, but the results and a new round for the LCMS & LIMS will be posted soon. <3
TUTORING
The Tutoring term has now started! If you signed up to be a student in one of the tutoring classes, check your PMs for the passwords to your classes. Even if it doesn't say you have a new PM, just click 'Inbox' at the top and it should be there. (: If you didn't sign up, you'll have to wait for the next term, though. <3 But don't worry, it will only be about 2 months from now. (: <3
STATISTICS
In the past month, 248 new members have joined Shadowplay.
In the past month, Shadowplayers have made over 11,000 posts! <3
On March 13th, over 400 PMs were sent out (most of them by Eliza, sending out the passwords for Tutoring <3).
This time, we had the most amount of sign-ups for Tutoring than ever before. (: <3
