[Maximus Ginto]

Max walked into the kitchens room with his hands in his robes pocket."You get me five cookies and they better be soft and warm and a glass of milk quickly." Max shot at a near by house elf.The house elf ran off to get his order. Max then sat down on a chair next to him."You get me a Ham sandwich with cheese and mustard warped up." Max shot at another and it too ran off.

"Good service." Max said to himself.Max had only been in the school for one day yet he still did not meet any girls or anyone at all other than Marcel."I am going to be bored out my mind by the end of the week Max said sitting back and closing his eyes waiting for the house elves.

[Jocelyn Hastings]

Jocelyn walked along the corridors of Hogwarts trying to find the one portrait which would lead her to the kitchens. Finally after pacing for what seemed like hours she found the picture and did what she was told earlier, tickle the pear. Removing her hand surprisingly the portarit swung open.

Shaking her head she walked in as the light hit her face, making visable the scar on her cheek and above her eyebrow. Her hair was down that day looking dark as the night and her eyes gleamed bright blue as her gaze drifted. When they landed on a boy at one of the many tables she quietly began in search of one of the busy house elves.

She didn't want to wake the guy and try to have a conversation, all she would do is get some food and leave, as easy as that. Though as her gaze began to focus in front of her she tripped over a house elf and the noise of crashing glass filled the room which made her wince with an irratated sigh.

[Karia D'Bamerio]

Karia growled as she stomach got emptier and emptier.She walked to the famous painting and tickled the pear.She walked in and immediatly saw Jocelyn then a little farther a familiar figure.

"Well well,"she started as she walked towards the figure,"my dear cousin Maximus.How are you?" Her eyes lit up as she turned to Jocelyn.She winked at her and took a seat next to Max.She brushed aside a annoying elf and turned her attention to a distant one.

"You."she said pointing a finger at it,"Get me the biggest cookie you have and a cold glass of milk.Now."

Max opened his eyes to the noise of a crashing glass.He saw a girl he had never seen before.He smiled at the green a silver on her tie.

"Hello there,trying not to cause noise eh?" Max looked at her carefully."I'm Maximus Ginto and who are you?" Max said in a kind deep voice. The house elf he had ordered to get his cookies came back.

'Here you are sir.',the elf said as Max took the cookies.

Max turned to to a familiar voice."Karia how are you." Max said as a smile came over his face.As she sat next to him,his smile never faltered.He missed his cousin and couldn't wait to come to Hogwarts.Someone had to look after her,why not him?

Jocelyn felt even more embarrassment as Karia walked in and introduced the boy she had been trying to avoid as the cousin she was trying to set up with her. Getting up and brushing herself off she glared at Karia when she saw the wink. Sighing though she began to walk over to their table knowing she wouldn't be able to get away.

As she heard the boy, Maximus he said was his name, speak to her she nodded in his direction. "Yes didn't want to wake you," she told him in a bitter sweet tone as she then added, "Jocelyn Hastings." It was a short and simple answer, which were very common with her. As she noticed the two making conversation she began to wonder how she would excuse herself, she didn't want to be rude; she wasn't brought up that way.

[Karia D'Bamerio]

"How very rude of me."Karia said suddenly relizing Jocelyn had sat down,"Jocelyn this is my cousin Maximus Ginto.Max this is Jocelyn a fellow Slytherin."

Karia held back the smirk that was trying to cut through her face.She had only been playing with the girl when she propsed to hook her up with her cousin.But now that they were in the same room it seemed like destiny.Right?

She turned her head as the house elf returned with her order.
"Finally,did you have to go to America to get it?"she snapped as she kicked the retreating elf in the butt.She bit into the warm cookie and cursed herself for giving into temptation.She was going to have to work this cookie off tomorrow.

"So,"she said after finishing chewing and taking a drink of milk,"What brings you two here?"

[Maximus Ginto]

Max stood up to Jocelyn " Pleased to meet you." Max said bowing.He came back up."and i was not sleeping i was patiently waiting." Max said sitting back down.

Max turned to Karia."I am here because my mother is in Azkaban and she sent me here." Max said as the house elf with his sandwich came back."About bloody time!." Max snapped at the house elf taking the sandwich and putting it in his robes pocket.

Max saw that Jocelyn was still standing trying to get away."Oh come now sit down have a chat." Max said becking her over to them.

Jocelyn sat down as she noticed they both cut their conversation to turn it once again to her. She watched as both of them spoke waiting until they finished. "To get something to eat of course. I mean this is the kitchens," she told Karia as she glanced at her. At hearing Maximus though she turned her blue eyes on him.

"You too," she told him as the boy bowed. As the conversation went on and Maximus spoke on why he had come here curiousity filled her as she wondered why his mother was sent to Azkaban. She sighed quietly though keeping her mouth shut as she noticed Karia and her cousin had some similarities.

Max found another house elf."You get me a glass of pumpkin juice and step on it." Max snapped at it.The house elf ran away to get his demand.Max sat back and taking out his wand muttered a spell that made his hair now short grow four times in length."Ahh thats better."

[Jocelyn Hastings]

Jocelyn watched as the house elf ran off to full fill the order given. Another one came up, but walked towards her. She glared at it but said, "Get me a butterbeer." As it turned she watched it walk off.

As her gaze drifted back toward the other two she watched as Maximus hair grew in length. She raised an eyebrow. "And what was that for?" She asked.

"I just like it down sometimes." Max said shaking his head a little.Max took another cookie and bit into it.It slowly crumbled.It was very soft.Max took the glass of milk and drank two gulps.Then put it down.Max put his wand back in his pocket and sat back in the chair his muscles Bulging through his shirt.His robes now off.

Jocelyn nodded slowly as she sat back in her chair trying to relax. As the house elf came back she went to grab her drink with her left hand but quickly pulled back using her right hand. She didn't want to have any more accidents, like breaking glass again.

Turning back she studied Maximus for a few moments as he sat back but quickly turned to Karia. "Do you have any more classes today?" she asked thinking maybe they could possibly hang out later. Jocelyn wasn't really the socialable type but she was starting to like the girl, even though there was moments she'd wanted to shot a couple curses at her in their last conversation.

"AZKABAN.What the devil for?"Karia said with confusion.She looked at Max with the 'surely she didnt get caught for being a death eater' look but quickly dismissed it because they were in mixed company.

"Classes...i may need to go to defense against the dark arts class."she said with smirk looking at Jocelyn,"now that Max is here i need to keep my guard up." She laughed a little and bit another piece of her cookie off and quickly followed it with a gulp of milk.

"Other then that no..why do you ask?"she asked after swallowing the milk.

[Maximus Ginto]

"She was put in for....attacking a muggle." Max said looking around the room.Max listened to what Karia was talking about."Ha the hell you will." Max said laughter in his voice.

Jocelyn listened to Karia and shrugged as the girl finished. "Just wondering. It get's boring around here when your alone," she smirked slightly at Karia as Maximus began to speak. As she heard why his mother had been sent to Azkaban she looked down slightly not knowing what to say to that. It wasn't everyday you heard someone attacking a muggle.
