Hinsei Kouketsu is an 24 year old man. Living in Tokyo. A college graduate living with Mihyaeru as roommates. They've known each other all through high school and have been friends for quite awhile. After a break up with his girlfriend he's finally recovered and ready to show the world what he can do. Living in Tokyo for as long as he has, he's learned a lot about how the economy is growing and prospering. He's a hard working man and doesn't like when people aren't good for their word. He likes to wear shades and it's an accessory he often wears. He's got good co-workers and he works as a game programmer. He's often wearing a a white or black tuxedo with his favorite pair of shades. Living in a tough neighborhood for so long he's caught up to the economy and what it has to prove that he's no longer having to fight for food. He likes to play basketball in his free time and usually says to guys, "If you don't think basketball's a contact sport play me in one on one and I will kick that anus!" His main goal in life is to make a kick butt game and find a beautiful woman one day and eventually get married.

As a part time worker as a game programmer he likes to test the games to see if they're working properly. He's recently tested Super Smash Brothers Melee on Nintendo Gamecube. Everyday on Saturday, Monday and Thursday he goes to work and comes home to a loving cat named Mynx.Once a year he likes to visit his family in U.S.A Pennsylvania.
