better. there's been people with gifts for hundreds of years, but we've
kept ourselves a secret. this world can't handle a bunch of badasses
like us. gifted parents send their kids to the same school they went to
growing up - fox academy. it's been around for as long as the freaks of
nature, hiding us away while teaching us how to use our powers so we
didn't let the rest of the world know what we were. i mean, so long as
you exclude the town of berkley, colorado. it's a town with a whopping
400 people. most of them are regular people, but there's a few of the
graduates from fox that live here now. the normal people of berkley keep
us a secret though - it's an unwritten agreement between the school and
the people of the town. the school brings in students, which inadvertently
brings money to the town. i mean, not that a shitload of reporters and
crap wouldn't bring in a lot of money, but a little town like that doesn't
want paparazzi, news crews, and reporters flooding in. but i mean, really,
how long is it going to be before word gets out that there's a bunch of
freaks hanging out in a quarter-sized town? it's a question that's at the
back of our minds right now. in berkley, colorado, we're living it up,
partying like crazy, and loving life. baby, we're supernatural rockstars."
