I don't believe this has been mentioned yet, but. . . cosplay chess? It seems to be pretty popular and I would imagine that you could find enough willing cosplayers to fill all the spaces.
And anime bingo could work. You could state anime trivia/ theme songs/ etc and have the players mark the supposed anime on their bingo cards. Other variations could work as well. At the anime club I attend, we've played anime jeopardy a few times. It's very fun, and I can't imagine that it's very hard to make since it's all trivia. The different categories could be thing like catch phrases, character descriptions, guess the show by the OST, or a variety of other categories. Just some things to think about |

Maybe even a Wheel Of Fortune knock-off? Can't have Jeopardy without Wheel!

I couldn't agree more!
Mayhaps I'll brainstorm other game shows as well. |

Family Feud (or Friend Feud) would be so much fun! We polled 100 otaku, the top five awnsers are on the board...

i was thinking Anime Tatcis. i swa this back at Jampcon. It was fun you have two sides across in a rooom. oponets would choose form each side and fight one one one ach turn. with a basic DnD roll style, everyone had 30hp. and two die would be rolled. I rembner that much ask deityb about it she participated in it. It actually broke down into genres of csoplaying groups facing each other it we from Bleach vs Final fantasy 7 to naruto vs bleach. it was fun, easy, and made alot of laughs roll out loudly.

I love that idea. Would we set up some type of "terrain"?

And what about checkers? The players could be on two different teams and we could "crown" someone when they say 'king me!'

i think chess would be better than checkers, since it seems to be pretty standard at conventions with cosplay :3
and I like the other game show ideas |

you could have a variety of themes for the bingo, but here's one example:
there are the names of different anime in each square of the card, and an anime OST is played out loud to the participants. They have to match the song to the anime it's from, and whoever matches enough in a row wins, just like in bingo :3 |
