Role Players Direct > Announcements! > Trying to liven up the place...

Hey folks, if any of you are listening...er, reading...the forums will be getting slashed up a bit to cut loose some dead weight and refinement. I'm hoping to liven up the place once more. If anyone wants to suggest something they'd like to see offered, post it here or in the http://z10.invisionfree.com/Role_Players_Direct/index.php?showtopic=116 thread in Da Boards forum.

How about a place where members can post the ongoing story for their own offline DND games?

I know our DM is always hastling us to keep a book with the ongoing story so that at the very end we can read it out aloud and have a good laugh at what happened to our characters.

I will try to post more often wink.gif

(Sorry for my absence, had a miscarriage and threw myself back into my day job to get over it.)

Ooh, sorry for the loss my dear, my wife and I went through that a year ago. We're still trying to get over it.

As for the ongoing story thread, can and will do! Got any suggestions for the title of such? If not, I'll put up a forum of "Tales: Give us a running account of your gaming stories!" Sound good?

Sorry to hear that, Tina. I'm glad to see you back. One of my close friends just went through that a couple months ago, and I know it's hard to deal with.

Jam, the new look is great! Keep up the good work! yeah.gif

Thank you both for your kind words. In Australia the statistics show 1 third of women now have a miscarriage on their first child. I've been saturating myself in my day job since I went back to work so that I don't think about it too much.

Oh... I think the title and description is great Jim. Succinct. I'm involved in two DND games at the moment... well the 2nd one is starting this Saturday so I'll have a bit of a tale to tell!

Cool, I'll post it immediately.
