Who could pass this up? This movie was the linker for series 2 and 3, and killed off a number of popular Transformers, and brought in some new ones. With voices supplied by Leonard Nimoy (Star Trek), Eric Idle (Monty Python), Judd Nelson (The Breakfast Clubb), and the last performance, ever, of Orson Wells. It's written like the series, but much more violent (though no humans die or get hurt). And there is even some swearing in it.
I really never got into the Transformers craze growing up. Most of the early shows were only to be had on cable here, and we didn't have it. I missed out on a lot of really cool shows when I was younger! :(
I didn't follow the series much after I finally got access either. But I do like the whole concept.
