every one needs to check the beta out when it opens up to more people. this game is a fucking ton of fun!

Resistance 3 is very very very run n gun, fast pace cod like speed, no twitching aim though. Also has streaks and perks! earned a cloak for 3 kills meaning you can run around invisible, once you shoot you can be seen has a cool down before the cloak kicks in again. That i will say needs some work.
Hedge HOG grenades work like mines now throw them and once some one comes with in range kaboom!

Beta is going public soon. opens to plus people next week i think. then the store for every one.

So possible 4 RO for release. Awesome game does still need some balance but looking forward to the full release. bottom line game is simply fun.

they did make it more like the first one. The first one had the weapon wheel that you could bring up when selecting guns that is back and like i said the game is really really run and gun.

"Cheap Shots" and "Access Denied" look like two of the greatest trophies ever IMO. Should be golds.

Agreed! Also the game is a shitload of fun! So you know river online the auger is 5x the beast it was in Resistance 1. manage to get my hands on it last time i played and simply put the gun is a beast.


Also waiting for BF3 but getting this game along the way. skipping dead iland and many other games.

The Auger was a beast in R1; you just had to know how and when to use it. Not the greatest in wide open spaces, but dominant in tight corridors. Not many people used it in R1, but I did and got to 22nd on the Auger leader board :P.

The Chimaera weapons really set that game apart for me. Truly unique. Perhaps I'll give it a go for that reason. All the military shooters are the same: they're fun, but it'll be a while I think before they top MW2 in innovation and feel. Where do they go from here?

The beta is on the store for any one to download. Every one should check it out before the beta ends. game comes out Tuesday so the beta should end soon.

Got some games in with River, Cloud and Devil side note Devil is a fucking beast at this game. I will be on again tonight.

I will say it is a bit tough at first when you start out but once you hit rank 5 you can customize a class. Rank 5 does not take long at all to get too.That makes a world of difference as you can upgrade your guns and perks etc etc.

Fully upgraded shotgun is crazy fun cause it shoots incendiary rounds meaning you can set your enemies on fire. the alternate fire is kick ass with it you can light groups of people on fire or if close enough simply destroy them with one shot.

Also guns like the auger have to be earned. The auger is now a kill streak once you get 6 kills you get the auger for a set time. once the timer runs out you have to earn it again. As o said before the auger is a beast way more power to that gun then in r1 and r2, There is other kill streak rewards like shields and the ability to cloak also all of them have a timer on them so they can't be abused.

I will be on tonight if any one wants to party up. even if you don't plan on buying this game a night or 2 on the beta would be a nice fresh change from the usual Black ops night.

I have it pre-ordered and have enjoyed the beta. I missEd the bullseye.
