I got early access to it weeks ago. I up for playing the beta whenever! Dice did a update to it so it runs good now no more freezing but still needs some work.

I have spent plenty of time on the veta, and have come to the conclusion that even though it looked great and sounded great, it is actually a great pile of shit!

I must have gotten the wrong code. It was a 16 digit code. PS3 needs a 12 digit code. Anyone know what the deal is??

Is it for the PC version? I got the same thing and it takes me to a download page, but as I have a Mac I didn't try to do anything with it.

You go to medalofhonor.com/beta or something. Sign in with your e-mail and account and everything. Then, enter that code when you get to it and it will then give you the code you need to redeem it on PS3.

Go here and sign in http://medalofhonor.com/beta enter your 16 digit code you got from fileplanet select PS3 as your platform, select North America then hit next which will generate a 12 digit ps3 code.

I don't think the beta is all that bad yes it does need work but that is why it is called a beta. What ever any one feels needs change/added/fix post about it on there beta forums like I have been doing since the start of the beta. I have been making a stink about a few things over there like making the groups(squads party) bigger the damn thing is still limited to 4 people.

Also other things to note you have to go in to the options menu and turn on the voice chat, By default it is set to off simply switch it to team. after that is done the mics work perfect. Hit detection can be off at times doesn't happen all the time but once in awhile the bullets will get a mind of there own it is a bug they know about, Grenades are a bit messed up they work there is just a bug where the grenades don't go very far. There are other bugs but way to many to list here. While a bit on the buggy side it is playable/testable

I highly doubt they will ever fix the squads of four.

I am fairly certain this is linked to the bandwidth their servers will allow to pass through.

This bandwidth issue could effect many things. Like joining a game with too many people and causing lag. Voip between too many people can cause lag. On BC/2, squad spawning probably also has something to do with it.

By that, they probably don't want 11 people spawning off of one person in a forward position type thing. Counting out even that, I highly doubt they will make the squads very much larger just because of the whole server thing.

I think if they were to make it bigger than they would need better servers, or have to spend more money on the ones they have. I don't forsee them doing that.

Ramius and me figured out a way to get the headsets to work more often. Simply hit start after you spawn and go to options and change around the VOIP setting it has 3 channels TEAM, friends and joined. We learned if you change the channles until you hear who is in your group works. It sux cause most times we had to do that after every round ended. It is another bug to report which is the point of the beta.

Nads i agree with what you said about the squads but the least DICE can do is at least respond and explain that instead of ignoring it. I think the squads could handle at least 2 more gamers at a time 6 man squads would be a little more accepted IMO.

Plastation+ should take care of paying for servers in the future.

My review...

The first 2 hours I played this game, it did nothing but piss me off to the point I wanted to smash my controller against the wall. But then the same thing happened that alwasy happens to most people when you play a new game... I got used to the controls and the style of play. After that I really started liking it.

The one map in the desert is one of the koolest multiplayer maps I've ever seen. Some of the explosions from the patriot missile and mortar strikes are amazing!!! I really like the hit detection and aiming. You have to be very acurate. No spray & prey.

Yes, there are a lot of bugs and glitches at this point. Still some freezing issues and pauses. All in all though it is pretty damn fun, and a good change of pace from MW2. I recommend trying out the beta to all.
