my world map editor doesn't work right. I click on it and the policy agreement thing comes up and i click i agree. Then the loading screen comes up and it starts loading but it only gets up to about 10%. Then if i try to cancel out of it a message comes up saying that the program is not responding. If you can help i'd really appreciate it.
