Denny and Myself hold this title, only the fleet leader, XO, or the owner can have this title.

What this basically means is that; unless there is a darn good reason, I will not hand out admin rights to anyone else.

Fleet Staff:

My officers who help me run this fleet, Fleet Staff have super mod abilities, and thus can moderate topics on any and all boards. They can see everyboard as well.

Fleet Members:

Fleet Members are the members of Prime Fleet. They can all but a few forums, those related to fleet business (the running of the fleet)

Board Members:

People who not members of Prime, they can only see a very FEW forums

Foreign Leaders:

Leaders from other fleets; this includs enemy fleets. They have the same seeing permissions as Board Members.
