A tidy little wrap-up, Marva. I'm impressed. My only problem with this is not your fault. With so many characters, and unusual names, I had trouble throughout this entire story trying to keep them all indexed in my head. The failure of an old mind, I guess.

All in all, this seems like the kind of story that could could easily find a readership amongst the fantasy-adventure crowd. I sure liked it, and I read Cormac McCarthy. lol.

I hear you, Will. Heck, I had to keep looking back to remind myself of the mare's name. I already had the rest of the gang pretty well fixed in my mind. The problem with her is that she didn't have any lines.

Nice fight scene. I could picture it. I liked this, Marva. You're doing a really wonderful job. I think it's funny that for Will it's the names, while I can't seem to keep the colors straight (although I think I have it now).

Yeah nice job, no complaints or anything troublesome noticed.

My personal preference might be for more character from the 'evil' side. Really bad buggers are often a lot of fun to write, and to read. But it isn't a big deal - in fact, this works great the way it is.

Seems like you have a whole world here. Kinda gives you almost limitless possibilites for stories and characters in the future too, which is cool.

Thanks for reading Bren.

Yes, I'm having fun with this set of fantasies. I can certainly see at least a couple more adventures.
