Title: Dog on Freecycle - Can PFK Help

This has been posted on Freecycle - the number is the local area code to me - would PFK be able to help if so i don't mind picking this dog up and helping with the journey to PFK - let me know asap please
HI I HAVE A 1 YERAR OLD WESTIE X CARIN THAT NEEDS A NEW HOME WITHOUT SMALL CHILDREN. HE IS A VERY LOVING DOG BUT HAS A PROBLEM AROUND YOUNG CHILDREN IF THERE IS FOOD ABOUT HE SNAPS AND ACTUALY BIT MY 9 YEAR OLD SON TODAY. IF HE IS TILL HEAR ON MONDAY I WILL AHVE TO SEND HIM TO A DOG SHELTER. HE HAS BEEN CHIPPED AND WOULDMAKE A GREAT CONPAINION FOR A COUPLE. IF YO CAN HELP MEOR EVEN IF YOU KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP I WOULD BE VERY GREATFUL. 01487 813189.

I suspect he will go easily on Freecycle and in any case we dont have a space. we are waiting on news of a GSD pup at risk of PTS and have another GSD x heading our way next week from a pound.
Small dogs have a good chance of getting sorted but the Sheps may not be so easy and they are more my type of dog anyway.
We are working on an outdoor kennel this weekend and the GSD pup should go in with the other pups here so we might scrape through but we really must get the numbers down.

Now had it been a GSD or Lab or Springer or grey hairy Lurcher then I would have said - go get it and we find somewhere to put it when you get here :D
But a Westie ?????? nah!!

It's not bad Dave...everyone has their preferences! Stick to what you know and like, its best for you and the dogs!
I am sure the little chap will be rehomed from freecycle.
