I'm now at UAS. I don't really know what I think yet, since classes haven't started, but I know I like the campus. And that orientation is stupid...

I'm staying at the dorms, and have a roommate that talked to me all night (curse or blessing, take your pick...) and a suitmate that I don't really know yet, except that she likes waffles.

I'm taking biology, English, calculus, psychology, and theater history. It's 17 credits, so I'm going to be having a full semester.

Tomorrow, the orientations groups should get better, since we're going on a boat trip. I can't wait to see more of Southeats Alaska, and particularly to get out on the water.

Since I am now in a new semester at college, and some of you *looks at Allo, Wolfgirl and Hal* are going to want to contact me outside this site (and other people may be interested to know when I might be on, I'm going to post my class schedule. NOTE: all of these are in Alaska Standard Time.

And no, I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't. I have a click-dark-moon instinct on this site, and unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) the moons don't change due to editing.

So, go ahead and do this kind of double-post! Just don't follow Pineconejoe's example, okay?

hey peoples. My school is starting on the 18th of this month, my school is kinda weird so and I get to chose my classes so I am going to put up what my classes will be so those of you who know or like to contact me via phones can do so when I am not in class.

I wouldn't even attempt to put my timetable into a text format.. It'd probably take up the whole page.

Just as an example, I'm at school now. It is Monday. I've had 2x 45 mins of maths, starting at 07:20, 45 mins of geography, now I have 3x 45 mins + 15 mins of lunchbreak because I have no chemistry this semester, and then after that I have 45 mins of choir (blech), 45 mins of french, 45 mins of history, which means I catch the 15:34 train outta here.
I'm lucky though, there are some people today, who have latin and biology, who don't leave until 17:55... D:

Oh, and I'm so grateful they've finally stopped the saturday half-day this semester.. Six days of school a week is just dogs' bollox.

Tuesday-Friday
8 : 00 - School Begins
11 : 25 - Lunch Begins
12 : 15 - Lunch Ends
2 : 30 - School Ends

It usually takes a while for Artemis to get me home afterwards, so about by three, four I should be home. Varies a lot from day to day though.

Same schedule on Monday, but I have a harp lesson from 5:15 to 6:15.


Weekends are kinda arbitrary. I work out sometime in the earlyish time (usually make it in before lunch) and then typically get dragged around for much of the rest of the time.



NOTE TO WILD: Never, EVER call me during school hours. Just a general rule. Classes often run into lunch, and occasionally begin early, and Kevin bites people's heads off if their cell phone goes off in class.

Apparently the time between Thanksgiving and break is a really slow time for my job, so I've been put "on call" until further notice. That may be up to the rest of the semester. So go ahead and when I would've otherwise been at work. (I'll go slash out my work on the schedule for now)

OK, lately I have a bunch of essays, so I have been spending a ton of time in the computer rooms on housing. I have absolutely no cell phone service there. For everyone with my number, if you try to and fail, I am probably in a computer room. I make it a point of refreshing Outlook every half-hour at the minimum when I'm in these deadphone computer rooms, so PM me, ask me to call ya, and I'll call back in 30 minutes max.


oh, and for anyone that's been wondering, my boss has left me on call, so work=nothing until further notice >_<

Finals Week, oh noez! I've updated my schedule to show finals instead of normal classes. The Freedom bit on Thursday is only comparative, though, I still have homework due until the 2nd. But homework, unlike classes, can be interrupted

ZOMG, I am now employed! I am officially a Kennel Tech at a local veterinary hospital. This means I spend three hours a day, five days a week mostly cleaning cages. And then I get money! This timing interferes with my sleep schedule, however, so I'll go modify it on the topic. It's only a 40-minute displacement, so I can do that immediately. Go look

OK, for this week, I have a driving class. I've hacked it into my main schedule post, and will take it back out again when no longer applicable.

Also, I have a hunter training thing most of the day Saturday, but I don't remember what time. NO one that day, except maybe late evening. I may call people after I get out of the class. I may also hack it in tomorrow or tuesday fter I've looked it up, in which case go right ahead once it's over.

In addition, the 19th is my last day of work for the summer. After that I will be going hunting, and will have no internet probably until the 24th or the 25th.

And on the evening of the 26th I am going back to Juneau. When I update my schedule for next week, my flight times will be included.

And classes start again on the 28th, so wee after next will have a new longterm schedule Oh, and that will probably change my sleep schedule, so check that topic then too.

Schedule popst updated! It's right now just for this week, but I'll show flight times and classes etc after I get back from hunting. I expect to leave for hunting in the middle of the night Tuseday/Wednesday, so that's mostly moot. ANd yes, my hunter's training today is on there! Woot ding!

You will note the lack of breaks. This is because we have a break whenever the teacher feels like having one, and lunch is anywhere between half past 12 and half past 1.
