I have been on plenty of Ouran forums, along with other school-themed anime/etc RP boards, such as Vampire Knight, and things of that nature. As a result, I've "planned" several event ideas, for both winter and spring.

The way that we (the admin.s of the forums and myself) were planning everything was through a discussion board. We decided (And this was what worked for most of the forums) was a week, in RP time, of events, each "day" having a different event, with a dance at the end of the week. The duration of each "day" in real life time would be decided, and a thread was created to discuss the different events, like what we wanted, how things were going to work out, and what have you.

As a result, I have two different "invitations" for the two most recent ones that I had planned.

I'd rather have Kira make the invites, if we were to do this, since she's good at graphics ^^. Of course, what events we would have for each "day" would be up to Kyouya and Tamaki, but I think that to involve the entire forum would be special. ^^

I like it a lot, actually, but as many people on the site don't post very often, having a different event each day for one week might be a little difficult to pull off.

I had a bit of an epiphany today, though, and tying your suggestion into it might just be the trick to help us figure out what to do.

So, this thread has just become the discussion thread for the winter event. Everyone has until the sixth to come up with two events they'd like to do and we'll have one a week- plenty of time to post. We'll then have a closing event for the week of Christmas (probably a dance or something as miss Kina has suggested) and then something for New Years, probably a celebration of sorts at the Ginza Wako.

Lol. Christmas is coming up fast. If we actually DO this, we can go sledding or maybe we can put on a Christmas pageant XD
Maybe something small like, we all have to exchange gifts. Secret Santa.
