hehe, i got up to level 10, my reaction speed is .5 of a second
the highest you can go up is level 19 |

eh, maybe we should put that in the next version? Well it initaily starts at 1 second, and lowers itself by 0.05, so your reaction rate is: 1 - 0.05 x 12 = 0.4 Seconds or 1 - 0.05 x level = reaction rate |
