An open challenge, i hereby challenge anyone to my first fluff battle.

I play an Eldar Corsair captain (with about 50 Eldar pirates) you choose which faction you are. 500 hundred words seems to be the acsepted amount per volley, you set the scene (to help show me what to do). I dont know how many volleys, advice will ber gratefully acsepted.

If you just have a read through of some of the other fluff battles, you should pick it up pretty quickly.

As to your challenge, I will accept (I'm in a good, birthday-y mood). I think this is the first 40K themed fluff battle, and it should be good. May I suggest 5 volleys? I don't know who I'll play though. Maybe a Craftworld Eldar Autarch, heading to kill you for deserting. Or maybe a Dark Eldar out to get some more souls for Slaanesh. What do you think?

(Gulp, hopefully Avaris and gladius2 won't pick up on the fact that I haven't even started the next volleys for my fluff battles with them...)

Yeah, I was thinking of non-Eldar, but I thought this could be interesting. I'll still do Dark Eldar if you like, its just that I'm not used to writing them (am I right in thinking of going for the perverted, torturing, murdering emo sadists of sex-death? :P )

Well we all knew Slaanesh was an 18 rated product, the other chaos gods arent really (well maybe Khorne for the sheer amount of blood and violence) Tzeentch needs intelligence (extreme intelligence or maddness) to even vaguely understand, Nurgle on the other hand is just gross.

Oh yeah, this... Well, do you maybe want to put it on hold for a bit? My GCSEs are coming up VERY soon, and I'm kidnd of swamped with revision etc. at the moment. They will be over in 7 weeks, so if you can hold out til then (I know its a long time, but I don't really have much choice.) You can write the first entry if you want, or someone else can do it instead of me. I suppose I could sneak in a few minutes at the weekend...

I'll have to think about it, but chances are I won't be posting anything for a while.

OK, I'm assuming you are in a Shadow Cruiser (couldn't be bothered researching any other Eldar ships, and a Void Stalker seemed a bit big.) I will be in a Torture class cruiser, okay?
