Hello, I am Uther Di Asturien from the Roundtable of Bretonnia, I just happenned to have a feeling this would be a nice place to check out after I found out many of our contestants in the 3rd Literature competition at the Roundtable come from this very forum!
I like what I see so far, and I hope I might even be bothered to write a few pieces to share with everyone :D

Avaris is a long-standing member of the Round Table, I believe, and I've heard very good things about it. I'm Zog, and I'm Admin/Owner around here. Feel free to fire any questions at me or make any complaints ;).
Hope you enjoy your time here, and remember that if you do post some of your own writing, we can almost guarantee from experience that you'll be better than you think :)

I do know Avaris in fact, and maybe would even risk to say we are good friends :).
My armies are Bretonnia and the High Elves, also Tau in 40k.
I do write for other universes though, and I am a huge fan of George RR Martin's A song of Ice and Fire series.

Its good of you to say that Uther. Since Wotfr etc I have a lot of respect for you, and it is good to see you over here. I keep meaning to write something for that competition on the roundtable, but haven't got the inspiration atm.
Oh, and HLY, Avaris is the guy with the awesome avatar who is perhaps single handedly responsible for organising this site in its early days, having designed the skin, started the Hall of Records and quite alot of other stuff. I think zog knows who I am...

Indeed.
I'm the guy who makes decisions, sits on the throne and takes the credit. Hivey is the guy who says what I tell him to, does what I tell him to and somehow manages to remain in a position of authority (;)), and Avaris is the sneaky, cunning advisor dude who actually gets all the hard work done and gets little reward but the knowledge that I depend on his support entirely and comnpletely :P
