Face Claim: Unknown
Physical
Hair: Roy has dark brown, nearly black hair. It is ropy, with rarely an effort to keep it in line, and oftentimes is longer than what would be considered "serious and responsible."
Eyes: Roy has small, deep-set brown eyes. They have often been described as calculating or even shifty, and are almost constantly in a squint.
Face: Nothing special, a fairly non-descript face. Usually, a couple days' beard growth highlights his bum appearance. The common appearance is of someone usually at peace with the world, giving the impression that laughter lines might be in his face's imminent future, or at the very least signs of over-knitted brows aren't likely.
Body: Roy doesn't pride himself on being the biggest or the strongest. In fact, his physique has earned him titles in the "downright puny" category from time to time. He's short and skinny, and most of the time he's slouched over the cards, making him seem even shorter. That isn't to say he's a weakling, more like one who's not accustomed to hard physical work. To make matters worse, he tends to favor non-descript, ratty clothes that give him an air of "nobody special."
Scent:: For the most part, Roy works really hard to not have a scent. If he were trying to impress someone, he would favor cheap cologne over more tasteful things.
Picture:
Emotional
Personality: Roy seems to be caught in a paradox within his mind. He acts like a vagrant traveler even though he now lives permanently in one place. This usually means he spends a great deal of time outdoors, living off the fat of the land, or sitting around waxing poetic to himself while engaged in some obscure card game. He has a hearty gambler's spirit; it almost seems as though his entire life revolves around playing games. Which is why most people have discovered the only real way to get to know him is to play him.
For the most part, he seems to enjoy quiet spaces. He'll often spend more time alone than most people, and when he does find himself in the company of other people it is often in small doses, in a public place with one or two other people. He avoids big get-togethers like the plague, and hates being, as he calls it, "cramped like a sardine in some old house."
He's highly superstitious, and could probably tell you all you needed to know about classic curses and good luck charms. Not that he's afraid of losing, mind you. For the most part, he seems to take bad luck well, with often the occasional forlorn sigh and sulk, but then it's back to business as usual.

History
(( This is optional. ))
Childhood:
Adolesence:
Adulthood: Roy's adult life has so far been nothing but one long series of rumors, and by now it's almost impossible to distinguish fact from fiction. The general concensus seems to be that Roy was, or maybe still is, involved in some sort of "shady business" which funds his carefree lifestyle. Nobody's in agreement as to what it is, but they trust their sources and they're all but certain it's sufficiently "shady" to warrant their rumor-spreading.

Personal: His lucky rabbit's foot necklace.

Aspects
Friendship: For the most part, Roy is all about his cards. Trying to gain his friendship over anything else is a wasted effort. He is reserved and cold to people that try and get too close for some reason, but spend enough time with him and he may just do something nice like get your name right or go past Acquaintance if he's feeling really crazy.
Romance: Ever the genteel-man, this young gambler has a habit of treating women just a little more warmly than normal. Roy is a flirt, and he can be a fairly shameless one at that if he really put his mind to it. He enjoys the company of women almost as much as he enjoys a nice game of cards. However, he is one of those young men that flirt for sport and not much else, and would be hard pressed to try and take anything past Interested level.
