Golden Docks
These are the newly constructed Golden Docks actually build completely opposite of Chalcedony Docks on Emerald Beach. Ironically, the docks are not gold, but nonetheless, they are the golden pathway that connects the villages together.

Emerald Beach
Glistening white sand decorates this blissful beach while foamy waves splash on to the shore as they please. The water holds a beautiful greenish blue hue to it, showing just how clean and inviting it looks. In the warmer times of the year people can be seen making their way in to the chilly water. Seashells, clams, and coral are common things to find while walking, and occasionally rare items wash up unexpectedly.

Chalcedony Docks
Boats come in and leave the same way through this harbor. Many who wish to fish can do so here since the abundance of sea life is remarkable. There is a ferry that travels between the docks and the mainland, as is the usual means of arriving to the island. As of Fall 12th the docks are newly built and in great condition!

Sunstone Beachway
A small housing area is located not too far away from Emerald Beach. These residential area is great for those who enjoy a salty ocean air, and a quiet place away from the bustling center of Obsidian Village. Though it is still convenient enough, making it only a ten or so minute walk back into the village.

Tourmaline Acres
These farms overlook Tourmaline Bay and are surrounded by large bodies of water. Emerald beach is even near by, which causes a heavy scent of salty air to roam over all farms in this area. The soil is not usually very fertile in this area, and trees are scarce. Most farming land is of DQ, and so it takes a lot of work to harvest the highest quality crops in this area. Large area of grass are sometimes replaced with sand from the neighboring ocean.

Island's Split
A long, wide inlet of water horizontally separates the island completely in two halves. This is a result of the recent earthquake that has occurred. One can see a steady flow of ocean water run throughout this crevasse-like gap, which is located just north of the village of Obsidian. As of Summer 25th a bridge has been built, and now there is a way to get from one side to the other!

Carnelian Cave
A steady stream of water from the Ruby Waterfall blocks the entrance to this cave. Many rare gemstones can be found inside for those who creep behind the waterfall to look, but most people simply adventure inside to see what it has to offer. In the depths of the cave by a crystal spring grow many strong medicinal herbs, along with a chamber known as Atelier Abyss that has an ocean of stars...

Ruby Waterfall
A beautiful waterfall with sparkling water that flows down a ledge and pools at the bottom to create a magnificent pond. If you make an offering in to the pond, then something may happen. Then again, maybe not. Who knows? All in all, this is a wonderful place to spend a day out in the peace and quiet, or to even have a outdoor lunch with some close friends.

Fluorite Cafe
A beautiful cafe that is a short walk away from the Village of Obsidian. Being situated right next to Agate Falls, an air of peace and serenity provides ambiance to the quiant cafe. Stop by for a delicious meal - you won't be disappointed by the quality of the food.

Agate Acres
The farms in this area are surrounded by heavy clusters of shade trees. Ruby waterfall is a great water source in this area, or the stream that connects to it. Most farms have good quality soil and lots of large oak trees. This is a good place to grow strong, healthy fruit trees.

Chrysocolla Estate
The Heart of Obsidian, Chrysocolla Estate, is where the mayor and his family resides and watches over the village. It has long been stated that the family holds some sort of secret within them, but that is only a rumor...right? In any case, villagers are free to come and go as they please, and there always seems to be a position available inside.

Pyrite Circle
The busiest part of Obsidian has been and always will be the marketplace since it is the center of trade. Wares from all over the village are brought here and sold. So many unusual items can be found and a great deal of shops can be found in circle, hence the name Pyrite Circle, for villagers to investigate. A luxurious fountain depicting the Goddess can be seen in the center, which is said to bring good luck if a coin is offered.

Streets of Obsidian
The streets of Obsidian, the dirt paths trailing off of the streets. The grass, the benches, the side walks. This is pretty much all of outside Obsidian. The road to getting from one place to another. Obsidian's Clinic is located here.

Turquoise Avenue
A short distance away from the main girth of Obsidian rests the residential area were the villagers have come to live. Most of the houses are small and modest, but occasionally a larger scale model from higher society can be noticed. This is a lively place and usually filled with rowdy children worrying their mothers while relaxing fathers observe, but there is a certain peace that makes it so appealing.

Unmei's Gardens
A flourishing and peaceful land filled with beautiful blooming flowers in all seasons has mysteriously sprung forth within the village. The area has a light and serene feel to it. It is said that the Goddess has personally created these gardens as a form of "heaven" for all of Obsidian to enjoy. Once every three years a path seemingly materializes out of nowhere, leading to a secluded part of the beach. And once every three years, on this special day, a festival is held.

Forest of Quartz
A peaceful forest were friendly wild animals play with humans that pass through on their way to Obsidian. What makes this place so remarkable is that a few of the trees are actually crystal and have purple or red leaves. It is a beautiful sight to behold, but be careful to not destroy any, since it will be frowned upon by the Harvest Goddess.

Hematite Woods
The light of the Forest of Quartz and Sapphire Glade has been stolen from this forsaken region. Trees have become warped with unwavering darkness to morph the land in to something tainted. Even the air feels evil and for those who are brave enough to venture this far for some reason, such as the herbs with extraordinary healing properties, be warned - this is the lair where the Witch is said to live...

Sapphire Glade
Sparse trees baring flowering blossoms will these woods and fill the air with the sweet scent of petals. Long ago it was said this place was protected by the magic of the Goddess, and many still believe in that today for this place seems to be a haven of never ending Spring. No matter what time of year it is, flowers constantly bloom and the temperature remains the same. At night the air is lit up by fireflies and luminous blossoms, making this a wonderful place for young lovers to frolic.

The farms in this area vary significantly, for there are in the center of three vastly different wilderness'. The popular place is near both Sapphire Glade and the forest of Quartz. However, there is a farm residing near Hematite woods and it is said to be cursed.

Diamond Bathhouse
With a natural hot springs as the source of water, the Diamond Bathhouse is one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating places in all of Obsidian. Cleansing supplies and towels are provided. Even though there is a side for men and a side for woman, it is quite common to see spying going on...just as it is quite common for those who spy to be placed in to a discomfort for the invasion of privacy.

Path of Opal
Taking it step by step, the Path of Opal is the only way to reach the top of the Lazuli Hill. It isn't a very large hill or anything like that, but it is still a decent walk that will take some effort to finish. Flowers and herbs can be found growing around while friendly creatures flock as they please. This is a peaceful place, one without fear, and a wonderful spot to sit under the shade of a cedar tree to relax.

Feldspar Summit
"Moonstone Reach," more commonly known as Feldspar Summit, is the place that is closest to the sky. It offers a wonderful view and often the place that many come with their families or that special someone on a private night. Shooting stars can often be spotted and the moon always seems to be so much brighter from this particular place.

Lazuli Acres
The farms in this area are all on flat land. Truly, they range from being overpopulated with trees to being completely scarce of them! One thing for certain is that the farms in this area feel as though they are in their own little world, with the large Lazuli Hill blocking the view of the village and a stretch of flower-covered land on the opposite side, that eventually reaches the wall of trees in the distance.
