Title: Asthma Sucks

ShadowPopcorn - November 28, 2011 01:02 AM (GMT)
So I've been sick for over a month and we finally found out that my asthma has gone out of control. After ten years... Which kind of weirded me out when I read Marie's coronation post xD That's such a freaky coincidence.

Anyway, though I'm at home, I'm not sure when I'll be able to catch up on all my threads and stuff... I'm just so drained with all of this... In the last few days my coughing has gotten really bad. My chest and diaphragm seriously hurt from coughing so hard (I'm starting to get worried I might injure a rib or something >_>) and I'm shaky and tired all the time... Kind of weak feeling, actually...

I do want to catch up on things... I just don't know when that's going to happen... I've been sleeping a whole this weekend... If anyone who has a thread with me wants to archive it... I guess do so. If you're willing to wait on me, I'll try to post for you. I'm really sorry, but I just don't know how much I'll be able to do until this stops, or at least gets a little better.

I'll still be in the icbox and stuff, whenever I do get on. I just thought I'd best post this, since I'm unlikely to be active on the board for a while.

Feel better Poppy!!! And don't worry about the threads. I still want to do them, but I can definantly wait! ^^

Don't worry about it! ^^ I think most of us are patient, and we understand.

You know, some of the people I talked to this weekend were having the exact same trouble, too! One of them said that her doctor told her something has been going around throughout a large part of the county (especially the south). The current combination of natural allergens, man-made allergens, and some germ floating in the air has made it a hellish time of year for people with sensitive lungs. (My doctor said the same thing, he just wasn't sure how wide-spread it was.)

It is...SO...TIRING... Blargh. Who knew coughing was so physically demanding? >.>

Pff, I know right? I'm so tired all the time, especially this weekend xX;;

That's pretty interesting... I'll mention that to my doctor when I see her tomorrow and see what she thinks of it. When I saw your post I was kind of wondering if maybe something was happening in the air or something, but I can never remember how far away from me you are, so I wasn't sure if it could be connected at all.
