As of Summer 4th, 09, the docks have suffered some serious damage. Though not destroyed, thanks to the hard work to make them as strong as possible following the earthquake of 06, there are several planks missing and actual chunks taken out of the wood from debris smacking against it at violent speeds. Repairs will have to be done as soon as possible, and the ferry will be closed until Saturday, Summer 7th, so as to guarantee the safety of all passengers.
