History:
Born oblivious to the fact that he was a wizard, Dave was raised for 11 years as a muggle. His wizard father had revealed the magical world to Dave's mother, but not to his son. On his eleventh birthday however, Dave and his father spend the most time together they ever did. Dave received his letter, which his father had kept from him, and he was taught all about the world of witches and wizards.

After the trip to Diagon Alley, Dave was sent off to school at Hogwarts. His first year was relatively easy, Dave working hard and achieving above average grades. He established a group of friends, very similar to himself, and has continued through school without any major problems. He has always been a fan of Quidditch, and has attended every practise of the Hufflepuff team since he came to Hogwarts. He was invited to play one session, and he showed his promise as a Chaser. He is currently Quidditch Captain and Chaser for Hufflepuff's house team.

"Lumos." Said Dave quietly. His wand tip light up with a bright light. He could now see.

He looked around. His dorm mates were asleep. He searched the tabletop next to him for a book. "A Standard Book of Spells, Chapter Six". He didn't enjoy reading, but he did enjoy what he learnt from reading. He opened to where he had last been.

"Episkey - A Healing Charm". This was a difficult spell to master, he'd tried and failed to use it. His body was covered in scratches from where he'd hurt himself while trying to test it.

"Turn that light off! We've got potions early tomorrow!" Said one of the guys trying to sleep.

"Sorry, thought everyone was asleep." Dave said back.

"Everyone was."

Dave replaced his book and settled into his bed.

"Nox." He said softly. His wand went out.
