Title: Interview!

Tevys - February 8, 2010 03:41 AM (GMT)
Interview with the Moderator D!

T: WELCOME =D Good afternoon. Could you be as kind enough to let me ask you some questions, as an interview?

D: Thank you for this opportunity, Tevys-chan~! I can't wait to get started~!

T: SO, FIRST QUESTION. Do you have any favorite web comics?

D: At the current moment, the web comic that I pay the most attention to is called "Brawl In the Family". It's a comic written by someone called Matthew that usually revolves around parodies relating to the characters from the video game of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It was introduced to me when a video based off one of its comic was shown to me.

It hasn't updated since its Christmas series (A Mushroom Kingdom Carol), but I still check up every so often for updates. I find it to be one of the better web comics out there.

T: Oh! I know that one. I don’t read it though. I read other comics. xd

What is your favorite food?

D: I like how you don't base your next questions off of my answer. xd Most interviews are like that. There's so many that do that, it tends to get boring, in my opinion.

My favorite food…Hmm…Well, I have to say that I generally like most sweets. You know, pastries, candies, and the like. However, my specific favorite food of all time, I'd have to say would be a coconut cake with ice cream on the inside, preferably vanilla since that is my favorite flavor of ice cream.

T: Well this interview is random!

Mm...Vanilla...

What is your favorite movie?

D: My favorite movie, or rather movie series, is the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. It combined humor, seriousness, amazing combat scenes, wonderful CG, effects, and actors in a way I had never seen before it.

Admittedly, before I saw the first
Pirates of the Caribbean (Curse of the Black Pearl) I was ignorant as to what it was about at all and didn't want to see it, especially since I thought it would be a serious movie. But once I saw it, I absolutely loved it. In fact, I heavily based my first leading character on Nintendo Sheet Music Role-Playing Game off of one of the main characters, Captain Hector Barbossa.

T: Did you know Pirates of the Caribbean 4 will be released in 2011?

D: Hehe~ Yes. The fourth Pirates of the Caribbean is in fact based off a book called 'On Stranger Tides,' which is where the movie has gotten its title, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which begins filming in spring this year.

Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom both said that they won't return for this one, so there is less than a one percent chance that there will be any Will Turner or Elizabeth Turner in this movie. Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush both confirmed that they would be returning at first, but when one of the lead producers (I think it was a producer…) died, Depp thought about stopping. It is still likely that he will be in it though.

T: Mhmm…Okay, random one, like all: Do you plan in publishing a book, having a television series, or something like that?

D: Well, I've worked on trying to write about two books before now, but when I was done with them and looked them over, I felt that they were far too close to a couple other books that once use to be a great influence to me. As a result, I trashed them. I haven't tried writing a book since then, but I have written in general.

As for a television series…No, I don't. I wouldn't be able to focus much on creating a series and wouldn't be very dedicated to it.

T: Okay…What is your favorite TV series?

D: I don't often watch television, but when I do, it's usually, if anything at all, The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson.

T: I haven’t heard about that one.

Okay, apart from The Legend of Zelda series, what is your favorite video game?

D: My favorite video game? I don't have a particular favorite video game, however, my favorite video game series is The Legend of Zelda, a puzzle/adventure game created by Nintendo. My favorite among the series is The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, but by all means, I enjoy nearly every one of the Zelda games canon to the series.

T: I asked you what your favorite video game apart from Zelda is, silly. xd

D: Did you? Oh. My ADHD must be striking again. X’3

Another video game series I enjoy greatly, first released in 2000 by Square Soft (as it was known then) for the Play Station 2, is known as
Kingdom Hearts, which is based off the many movies created by Disney, some characters from the Final Fantasy video game series (also created by Square Soft), and its own original characters.

The newest release in the
Kingdom Hearts series (although, only in Japan so far), Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, is one of the few games that have fully caught my attention lately.

T: KINGDOM HEARTS! Have you ever heard about Psychonauts?

D: No. You asked me that a few days ago in a conversation we had.

T: xd Alright. You should play it if you have a PS2. I so dig that game. I want it for the PC. :B

Do you have other hobbies?

D: Yes. I sometimes tend to draw since I recently 're-obtained' my ability to draw effectively.

I also role-play and act as a site moderator for the role-playing game,
Nintendo Sheet Music Role-Playing Game, a text-based role-playing game based off of The Legend of Zelda. However, users are encouraged to create their own original characters and create their own plots to increase originality and keep the suspense of the unexpected.

Reading is another hobby I enjoy, although I read manga more often the novels nowadays, and that is, unfortunately, not very often still.

T: As a moderator of NSM RPG, what do you plan to do in the future?

D: The staff of NSM RPG has made no public announcements on any projects as of this moment, although we are continuing to search for ways to improve our race selection and elemental attributes.

As for myself, I have indeed some plans for the future...

Although the selection of tracks to be entered into the
'Nintendo Sheet Music Role-Playing Game Chapter Nine Rise of the Fallen Unoriginal Soundtrack' (or simply shortened to 'NSM RPG Chap. 9 RotF UOST’) has been put to a standstill, the project is still considered 'underway' and in progress.

In a constant progress, slowly increasing in size, Project
NSM RPG W, a Wikia or compiling of information about the different subjects relating to the many different aspects of the RPG, is still considered running. I doubt that it will ever be completed since there will be constantly new information on NSM to add to NSM RPG W until the end of NSM's days, but I consider it a worthy project that could be used in the future years for new and inexperienced users that know little about the RPG.

In the future, depending on the results of a poll I created in the feedback section of the site relating to member activity on deviantART, I may or may not create a group on the art compiling website for the users of
NSM RPG to submit any RPG-related art they create. Depending on how well this 'deviantART Group' project is developed beforehand, more information on it may be available at a later time.

There is also one more project that I've thought about recently, however, whether or not it will launch at all is quite unknown to me. All I will say about the project at the moment is that which I am currently codenaming it
'NSM RPG OSTs.'

T: What happened to the NSM RPG Wikia?

D: It has been rather inactive for several months at a time several times in a row. However, recently there have been new updates to numerous articles, especially including the articles about the members so that they were easily able to be separated from the members of NinSheet Music, NSM RPG, or from the Wikia itself. Also, for easy access to the Wikia, a hyper text link to the site can now be found in my (D's) signature so that if you click the link it won't open a new page. Instead it would go directly to the site itself.

T: Thank you for your time, good afternoon and thank you for answering all my questions, D. Have a nice day!

D: It wasn't a problem! Thank you for having me!
