"Thanks." Yume grabbed the broadsword by the handle and proceeded to swirl it a bit to get a feel for the weapon. "Ah.. this will do just fine." the oncoming smile was one that would normally cause most of her victims to lose control of themselves, though from the woman it was only a fit of giggles. "Let's see if I can still make art.. a puppet I say, for the little lost lamb." With that she proceeded to remove an arm off the woman, taking the time to let the edge work it's way slowly through flesh and bone. By the time she had removed an arm and cleared it of meat the woman had stopped laughing and was now crying from pain. She let loose a shriek now and then when the blade bit into flesh once more; Yume took her time and carved out her little masterpiece. It had been some time since she last had time to do something like this so she was a bit rusty and her 'artwork' didn't come out as she planned but still was close to it. What was left was a mockery of human life, of life itself really, a puppet of human parts fastened together by the entrails of the woman. In a rather grusome way there was some form of art to it. "One down one to go.. what to make this time... a puppet lover for our little lost lamb?"

By the time she had finished with the woman and was now standing infront of the man, he had lost both arms and was screaming bloody murder at her. Yume herself was coated in a fine glossy coat of blood, though you could hardly tell her clothes were stained. She lifted the blade in one hand, planning to instead skin her next toy, but at that moment he lunged at her, as if in attempt to bite out her throat. The effect was a wonderous spray of blood and added more color to Yume's face and sent the man's head rolling off to the side. "Oh.. he ruined it. well that's done with. Now where would they keep their money..." Yume never had much use for money, she picked out her living easily enough without it, and as such she turned to Sydney for an answer. Droplets of scarlet liquid dripped from the ends of her hair, trails steamed down her face, and parts of her hair were now matted and sticking together. In all, her appearance was as if she just came out of a shower that sprayed blood instead of water.

Sydney turned away from the gruesome effects of the woman's "art". He wasn't particularly into blood and gore, much less images of human remains strung together by their entrails. "I guess we'll have to search them now that their soiled with their own juices. Maybe you can peal the clothes off them for me since you managed to peal off their skin so easily." He was being overly sarcastic becuase of the vampire's recent bloodbath, seeing absolutely no point to it. Whatever gets her off. Let her have her fun, Sydney. She's not hurting anyone. Responded the voices with a statement that was the furthest thing from what most would concider the truth. Right... He thought, dissregarding the mess that sat on the cold hard muddy ground just in the corner of his eye. It was disgusting. He supposed it was only a physical form of what he was doing to their minds, but still, he didn't see how that would make the visuals go away.

(OOC: I shall PM Hand of Fate and ask if there was anything in their pockets. I don't think, seeing as how he does have some sort of monetary system in place, that we can simply give ourselves money. It would be entirely unfair.)

Contents of Pockets

Gold (40)
Gold coins is the currency of the Common Wealth and Daken... pretty original right? But then again the shinny perfectly round coins are pretty much good anywhere… although some may still not accept it as currency, though those would be pretty backwards people huh? I guess offering what money you have to whatever trader you come across for the goods you want is the only way to know for sure if it will be accepted as currency or not…

(Blood Stained) God's Cry Print (500)
Special paper printed by the God's Cry Official Economic Administration. This is the official currency of the God’s Cry Culture. Each bill represents a certain amount of gold, depending on the value printed on the bill, that’s held with in the God’s Cry Official Economic Gold Store House. The bills are lightweight and easy to conceal. The downside is that they are not as durable or cleanable as other forms of currency. Also some underdeveloped cultures do not see paper as an equal substitute for gold and thus will not accept it!

(Blood Soaked) Love Love Choco
Special chocolate in the shape of a heart that was meant to express deep feelings to that special someone. It's stained with blood though, so giving it to someone might send a strange message across.

Yume stripped both of the mutilated bodies of their clothing, searching through the pockets as she did so. She tossed the useless piles of cloth on top of their respective owners and walked over to Sydney. She held an outstretched hand, on it sat a few pieces of gold and some bloodstained pieces of paper. "Meh. That's all that's there. You keep it." In her otherhand however, the one at her side that was closed, was something else she had found. It was odd shapped, and coated in blood. She was sure it was chocolate.. of some sort.. and decided to keep it for herself. It wasn't as if the woman would be needing it back anyway. Practically feeling the blood dry on her and mat her hair together, she slipped the item into a pocket and ran her free hand through her hair in attempt to keep the strands seperate. "Yea.. could use a shower after that too.."

Sydney nodded. "And that's why we've got this now." He said plainly enough, taking the money from her open hand. He had the strange incling he shouldn't trust this woman, especialy concidering what she'd just done. Then again, they were both guilty of some sort of travestry, but the way he saw it, the two had it comming to them. Humans were such sinfull and despicable creatures... Their money couldnt' be used to hurt people, and they'd never hurt each other either. Maybe it was that he and the vampire witch had done them a favor, saving them the trouble of destroying their love and turning against each other in the end. "Their love will never be spoiled, I guess." He turned away from his bloody accomplice and pocketed the money, coins and paper. "They have hot springs... We'll see if we can't stay the night at the shack on the hill." He pointed back down the path to where the Inn would be. "I'll wash the damn sword too." He said, thinking of how bothersome it was going to be lugging that thing around again. His shoulder ached with rememberance of the weight.

Yume was busy licking the blood off her fingers before it dried or spoiled. In all the little side run was rather enjoyable, though she was a bit disappointed in not being able to play with them too much. "Hmph. Love.. what a waste of time. But then again it's so much more fun to twist that and ultimately turn it against them." She looked down at hte broadsword in her hand, idling wondering if she should try some of the blood on it; however, she remembered where she had stuck the piece of metal and decided it would be better not to. She tossed it upwards and caught it lightly, making sure not to cut herself on the blade, and presented the handle to Sydney. "Oh come on, it'll do you good to carry a blade, though perhaps we can trade it someplace for a lighter one for you." Personally Yume didn't see the problem with the sword, though she prefered knives or any sort of fist weaponry. They were easier to carry and much faster to wield. She presented a hand in a unusually feminine manner to Sydney, "Well shall me?" there was a clear glint of humor in her eyes.

She is a scary bit of work, isn't she, Sydney? You'd best be on your gaurd. "You frighten me." He said bluntly, taking the sword from her with two hands and sliding it back in the scabbard. He threw it over his uninjured shoulder, then looked back up to her impossing blood drenched figure. "You'd frighten grown men, witch woman." He held his wooden stick-sword in the other hand about halfway down the length to balance it so it wouldn't sag into the mud. It began to rain around them even harder. He hoped that it would solve his next concern. "Maybe this weather will clean you before the innkeeper asks suspicious question. Fancy a vampire walking into a human place covered in blood." He almost resented her for being so, but it couldn't be helped.

The boy picked up his courage and took the vamire woman's hand very gently. It was a mockery of course, but with the persuasive moves of a trained dancer, one of the only things he learned in school that kept him at the head of his fencing class, and thus half-combat equiped, he led her forward. His eyes radiated the same indifference and hatred, but his motions were right along someone who was ready for a good waltz in the moonlight, had there been any. "Let's find the damn inn again before another couple comes along." He said in the same blatant tone.

Yume smiled, for once it wasn't that insane- but friendly.. in a way, and followed Sydney's lead. She moved with an uncanny grace that was granted to certain aspects of the night and elves. The rain was rather soothing infact, though she took more comfort from the warmth she was taking from Sydney's hand. She was undead afterall and had no pulse to speak of nor body heat, the rain didn't bother her either really- temperatures never truely did. However, warm of the living was something any vampire who lived as long as she had sought comfort from now and then, why else would so many take to drinking alcohol. It provided a brief period of time where they could feel.. alive.. again- besides the fact it also induced mild periods of a lovely haze.

Blood washed free from her, clothing sticking to her body plastered by rain, leaving a trail of red water behind her that soon bled to a clear and pure water. Her hair was matted to her face, stray strands criss-crossing over her features. Out of sheer spontinueity, she decided to hug Sydney, well it turned out as more of a glomp since they were moving. She curved herself to match his body stature and brought her mouth next to his ear. "It would be best if we acted a couple no?" she whispered, voice laced with lust and many other things. Her eyes shone a brilliant violet, a shining brightness that made it all but impossible to tell her real motives.

The boy shoved himself away sharply fro the womans embrace, catching only the literal meaning of the whispered message at first. His face twisted into one of near fury, and he reached behind him for a knife that in that past he had always carried with him to school for safety purposes. It wasn't there though, and all he felt was the thick scabbard of the heavy broadsword. "Woman..." He hissed through his teeth. "If you htik for a moment that you are anywhere near good enough to be spared my search for all the world's infadels, then you are sorely mistaken." He pulled around the wooden shinai he'd been given at the dojo. "I'll slit your throat in a heartbeat, just like any other person that might hurt me." This was particularly amusing concidering he had a wooden sword. "I'll..." He stopped then, finaly cognition comming back to him and the real meaning behind her words becommign clear. "I... I understand. Take care when pradling with people. They'd fear both of us if they knew." He said, backing off a bit and hanging his head in angry shame at not figuring it out sooner. He started walking towards the opening of the path, letting the tip of the shinai drag in the mud. "We've got what we came for. Let's see if the keeper will take us in for the night." His other hand hung open and limp at his side as he walked on a little farther.
