As far as a monument to a Psy Op, it's one of the best. Elegant and understated.

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe whether Flight 93 was shot down, or was a decoy and the people on board were taken somewhere else (detained? Killed? Who knows?), whatever the case, those people were innocent and deserve to be remembered. They are gone and their families are missing them. Am I wrong?
