You did all this, you apparently believe the govt is going to round you up, yet you post about it on a public internet forum?
How odd.

I am not afraid of being marshalled up by the government.....its already happend....i am not afraid of any of that. what i am afraid of is my kid getting a real id and chipped....

kghjf - August 17, 2007 06:30 PM (GMT)
If I believed I was in any imminent danger of being rounded up and taken to a fema death camp, I wouldnt even be in the country, never mind posting my whereabouts on the internet.

smeagul75 - August 17, 2007 06:30 PM (GMT)

smeagul75 - August 17, 2007 06:37 PM (GMT)

I wasnt a fan of the nice man with an m-60 telling me i had to leave my land by proxy of eminent domain....I didnt like the 2 tanks on either end of main street....checking id.....no sir,i didnt like it......i didnt like being threatend with federal detention for being on my own porch at 8 pm....nope....not high on my list of good times.

kghjf - August 17, 2007 06:44 PM (GMT)
You mean you dont think the govt should involve themselves in trying to stop looting in areas that have been affected by natural disasters?
Ive googled the flood but have yet to find any mention of "nullification of civil rights" related to it.
Can you link me to an article or something?

Edit. ah thats a start.

smeagul75 - August 17, 2007 06:45 PM (GMT)
the daily star....7-7-06

• Ryan Benson, 21, Unadilla, July 5, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child.

• Gregory J. Croft, 33, Sidney, July 6, obstruction of governmental administration for violating curfew restrictions.

kghjf - August 17, 2007 06:46 PM (GMT)
Do you disagree with curfews on principle then?

smeagul75 - August 17, 2007 06:47 PM (GMT)
For other uses, see Martial law (disambiguation).
Martial law is the system of rules that takes effect when the military takes control of the normal administration of justice.

Usually martial law reduces some of the personal rights ordinarily granted to the citizen, limits the length of the trial processes, and prescribes more severe penalties than ordinary law. In many states martial law prescribes the death penalty for certain crimes, even if ordinary law does not contain that crime or punishment in its system.

Originally martial law was imposed during wars or occupations to let the government control population more effectively in spite of heightened unrest. Nowadays it is most commonly used by authoritarian governments to enforce their rule, for example after coup d'ιtat (Thailand 2006), when threatened by popular protests (PRC 1989), or to crack down on the opposition (Poland 1981). Martial law can also be declared in cases of major natural disasters, however most countries use a different legal construct like "state of emergency".

In many countries martial law imposes particular rules, one of which is curfew. Often, under this system, the administration of justice is left to a military tribunal, called a court-martial. The suspension of the writ of habeas corpus is likely to occur.

this is the definition of martial law......i didnt see war.....and according to the daily star(the same paper)over 30 police agencies responded.....now i am done with yer shennanigens, neo con

kghjf - August 17, 2007 06:48 PM (GMT)
You do realise the reason for curfews in certain circumstances, dont you?

smeagul75 - August 17, 2007 06:49 PM (GMT)
I realise me and my 5 year old had an m-60 pointed at us for being ON MY OWN LAND....you are much to obtuse to argue with....enjoy your opinion(while you are still allowed to voice it)

Perhaps you should consider yourself fortunate it wasnt being pointed at you by a gang of crackheads trying to rob your house during the emergency.
Thats the reason for curfews, you silly boy.

smeagul75 - August 17, 2007 06:57 PM (GMT)
you must have missed it....UHM 30 police agencies were on hand....wow....feckin overkill.....i am done with this....and btw....i started this poll#1......and#2 am a veteran of TWO theaters of combat.....so i dont need some fat fuck national guards man trying to play soldier boy in my town when OVER 100 ARMED CIVIL POLICEMEN were on hand....now I am done....cuz this is silly.....you havent lived it,so just enjoy what you got till its taken

Aaaah, so you are a vet and considered it offensive to have this guy point a gun at you.
Too much for your ego, no doubt.
Still at least we have got to the bottom of your hysterical rant about "martial law".
Thank god you dont live in a country that REALLY stomps on their citizens rights, theres plenty to choose from.

Little Roxydog.
The bravest of all keyboard warriors.
How about you show off your gun collection to impress the 15yr olds again?

Fema are comin te get ye boi!!!!!
ROFL.

According to this poll so far you have

7 deluded individuals with firearms

2 have "potable water and foodstuffs"

5 "know what rights I have left to me."

and 6 are apparently " smart enough to find out how to defend me & mine."(whatever that may mean)

Nowhere near even Waco proportions.

:D :D :D

It's not the guns that impress them. Its the grasp of reason and understanding of history. You are putting the cart before the horse. Moron. :)

FEMA just runs the camps. They won't be coming or going to get anyone. They wouldn't stand a chance.

Try doing some homework before running your uneducated mouth, boy...It only makes you look stupid when you ridicule things you don't even come close to comprehending...

[I'm a total douchebag]

Nothing ironic about it. I know about the things I talk about. You pull bullsh^t out of your sphincter and reguritate things you see on TV. The only thing ironic is your belief in yourself. :)

kghjf - August 17, 2007 10:17 PM (GMT)

Can I come to your house because Im scared of the NWO?
